Waffle House — Restaurant in Lexington

I recently visited the Waffle House restaurant and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home.

The menu at Waffle House is extensive, offering a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I decided to go with their famous waffles and was blown away by how delicious they were. The waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, topped with a generous amount of butter and syrup. It was definitely one of the best waffles I have ever had.

Not only was the food delicious, but the service was exceptional. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She even offered suggestions on some of their popular dishes, which we ended up trying and loving.

The prices at Waffle House are also very reasonable, making it a great place for a quick and affordable meal. The portions were generous, and I left feeling satisfied and happy.

I was in Waffle house at south broadway lexington ky on feb 6 ,2024, i paid the bill with my credit card and my dad left a five dollar tip on the table. I told them at the register that we had left a tip on the table and I wasnt tipping through my card. I should have looked at my receipt before I left but we were really busy and I didnt. I just took the receipt out of my purse today.$22.75 was the bill for our food and they took a $24.00 tip on my credit card So against my wishes they tipped theirselves from my card. For a bill of $24.75 they tipped theirselves $24.00 plus dads 5 dollars for a tip of over a hundred % of what the meal was. When trying to call the no. on the receipt , it just says they dont do phone orders any longer and it doesnt give any other options to talk to an actual person.Then on the website none of the choices is geared towards receipt mistakes. We do not live in lexington, we were there for a dr appt that day. Now i have to drive all the way to Lexington to get this straightened out and I will. I may contact the BBB to see if more people have had this happen.watch your card if you pay by card. No one pays over 100% tip for a meal.The cashier will be accounting for this. They...

Don't let the star fool you.. wow.. never had a worse experience eating anywhere.. the food is good.. though the order is wrong and lots will be missing.. one waitress and one cook.. neither are professional to say the least.. I just wanted to get up and help the whole time.. one lady waiting for her order continuously telling the man cooking it's not correct what he had on the grill but he insisted on cooking only what he felt the waitress told him even after everything else was done and she still needed a hash brown with onions.. we were missing sausage and cheese on hash browns and took the waffle when it finally came to go.. no refills given.. the waitress stood adding up tickets for two tables for over twenty minutes.. It was awful.. the arguing n craziness and they weren't even busy.. who ever put those two working alone together should evaluate their choices managerial...
