Wish I could give my recent visit 0 stars tonight!!! WORST service I have EVER recieved. I had a brand new $15 gift card I just opened. My total was $15 and some change then she proceeds to tell me I still owe $11 after telling her the gift card should have taken care of the balance. My card was actually slid for the car behind me after having the worst attitude and arguing with me. Which she had to get with her manager to get me a refund back on my debit card. She then gives us the wrong order out of the window. We had 2 tall drinks (hot chocolate and peppermint mocha) and a grande drink (white chocolate creme frap) she finally hands the correct hot drinks out (these drinks are not hot and have been sitting) and didn't have the frap ready. We wait an additional 10 mins for this drink mind you we've been in the drive thru waiting for 35-40 minutes already bc they were backed up. She then brings the frap to hand out and it's the wrong size. I said we ordered and paid for a grande not a tall she argues and says no it was a tall I then let her know she asked me what size twice when ordering that it was a grande for the frap. She then goes and makes the grande drink and doesn't say thank you, no smile, no have a good night. Complete garbage customer service I pulled off and the white choc creme frap isn't even the drink I received. Read moreSo me and my mom always get drinks to go to church. We always order ahead of time online. It was about 5:00 when we ordered and well we got there around 5:24 enough time to make a drink. It turns out it wasn’t even ready. They prioritize the drive thru and not the online orders. This hasn’t happened once it has happened many many times. I was going to ask a employee for the code for the restroom. Like why do they even have to put codes to go into the restroom if it could be an emergency. Anyways. I was going to ask an employee and she wasn’t even doing anything and as soon as I said “I have a question-“ she responded “I’m not on the clock.” In a rude manner. I was simply going to ask for the code. I waited 5 minutes to be able to speak to someone because I understand everyone is busy but they shouldn’t have a code for the restroom. There is a little bit of workers there and well sometimes they don’t even do the work they just goof off and talk. Many people are waiting for their orders. This place needs new changes. Please prioritize the online orders too. If it continues on like this? this business won’t prosper. Please...
Read moreso on Sundays, there are absolutely wonderful people working here and they are fully staffed. My advice would be fire. The people who treat customers badly to maintain customer service standards. we usually have great service here. But yesterday we waited almost 45 minutes for one simple chai. 20+ people came in behind us and all of them were served and had left the building and we were the last customer in the building. The drive-through had cleared out about six times. And there was a long haired gentleman who was openly refusing to make my son’s drink. It was a very nice lady working who was literally begging him to just make the drink and he was refusing for some reason. it looks like they were having some kind of internal social fight in my sons, drink has become part of their struggle. She eventually tried to make a drink for him, noticeable intense interaction, where he finally made the drink. I have no idea what was going on or why this happened but it was a shocking experience to have. with that said that is the only bad experience I’ve ever had here.
