My experience was a bit more than just the coffee and food which those were amazing as well. My, first experience was with an unfortunate incident that happened right outside the Starbucks stores with a patron who was entering. This patron happened to fall and do quite a bit of extensive damage to her face, In which I was fortunate enough to witness and be there and was able to assist. Once this young lady was stable, I went inside to inform the manager on what happened and this is where the manager whose name is.Malachai sprung into action. He proceeded to grab a chair, bring it outside to make sure this young woman was comfortable in this unfortunate setting and at the same time call 911 went inside and make sure that a nice pack was given all in a matter of minutes. He stayed with her to comfort her to make sure everything was OK and made this unfortunate situation and or experience a little bit better. Also want to add that I proceeded to head inside to grab myself a coffee after this situation was taken care of and a young lady by the name of Carly Was at the register and asked me if I was the one that assisted outside, which I told her yes and proceeded to Let me know that everything was all paid for . At that time, I refused it but she Insisted, and I felt the fact that she went above and beyond to thank Me was absolutely incredible. And lastly, there was one other young lady by the name of Eunyoung that while the Manager was off getting help in the ice pack. She sat with her to comfort her and guarantee that she would be OK. At the end of the day, the teamwork from this cruel was amazing quick in their respond responding and it was a great thing to witness. Five stars for all three of these people in the...

I came back to the store after not receiving my mobile order this morning—during what was clearly a very busy rush with a 40-minute wait. Instead of being understanding or even neutral, you treated me like I was lying about the situation.
Just because your team failed to follow proper protocol—like confirming customer names—does not mean I fabricated a story just to get a drink. Your dismissive tone, scoffing, and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.

It is easy to find conveniently located but best yet the staff has such a good rapport; they were engaging of me, and there were ready smiles throughout my visit. But most outstanding is Bri, who made me the best pourover ever, without so much as blinking (it's a time consuming drink to make). Sadly I dumped it on my leg when I got into my car and had to go back inside for some ice cubes and to ask for just a standard cup of coffee cup of coffee.
