Bluemoon Smoke Shop — Local services in Lexington

February 2025: I retract all previous praise for this shop. When I first went to Bluemoon, the employee was young, fun, and extremely helpful in finding me what I wanted.

Today I met the new guy referenced in other extremely accurate reviews of him. Grumpy, rude, and unfriendly. I felt like a criminal after he took too long to decide if my license was acceptable. I said I wanted to look around but felt pressured to purchase something asap. I asked about variable voltage vape pens and he recommended a product I knew wasn’t compatible and he just stared at me. The whole experience felt awkward and miserable. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Bluemoon, I encourage you to consider if it’s beneficial to keep an employee who actively deters potential customers.

Guy doesn’t know about what he’s selling. Bought a novo vape and pack of pods from this guy only to find out the pods don’t fit the vape. Went to exchange the vape and he couldn’t even tell me which device I actually needed for the pods he had just sold me.
