First of all I'm very disappointed in my order because I specifically explained I would like my sandwiches cut in quarters and then said 4X pieces in parentheses to make sure that they knew what I meant, and also I asked for EXTRA napkins under special instructions that was not done (I didn't get ANY AT ALL!). Secondly the churros had practically no sugar or cinnamon on them literally they had about 10% of the sugar and cinnamon that they should have had on them (maybe) ...it was like eating a stick of deep fried dough and were hard and tough and greasy and gross. Lastly my sandwich I asked for extra lettuce and there was very very minimal lettuce like maybe one or two pieces of shredded lettuce per bite I am very disappointed "VERY!" Also I ordered the double turkey double cheese Titan and it had less turkey and cheese than a regular turkey sandwich does I couldn't believe it and I paid a lot of money for this sandwich ridiculous completely ridiculous and I'm going to be honest and let you know that I believe it's due to a language barrier where I speak English living in America and these people that are running these subways don't even speak enough English to be able to read online your order let alone speak or hear you saying what you want in the store I've struggled many many times going into this local Subway to get what I need or want it's ridiculous!!!!! I am beginning to loose all faith in Subway and it literally used to be my favorite fast food restaurant for like 20 years!!! No more. I've had it!!!!! .....NOT TO MENTION THE HARD AF COOKIES THE LAST COUPLE TIMES I'VE BEEN THERE. LIKE, DUDE "NO!!!" NOBODY EATS HARD COOKIES OR BURNT BREAD. WE AMERICANS LIKE OUR FRESH BAKED FOOD SOFT!!!!!!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!! GRRRR.... I'M SO AGGRAVATED ABOUT THIS STORE AND ABOUT SUBWAY IN GENERAL. N I'M NORMALLY FAR FROM BEING A KAREN OR A COMPLAINER. đ€Źđđ€Ż And although I do recommend the pretzel, it was still hard and burnt...
Read moreI shouldâve looked on these reviews. This was only one of less than 4 reviews Iâve left that were bad reviews. First-I ordered a tuna sandwich on the $6.99 for a 12â deal. I asked that lettuce & tomato be on the side. Pretty simple right? I knew I wouldnât eat it for couple of hours thatâs why I wanted it âon the sideâ Second-this is what I got. 2 tablespoons of tuna on each side, those red onions that smell bad & make your breath stink, about 1 slice of cheese in triangles (?) divided for both sides, lettuce & tomato were put in the same bag (cookie bag no less) so the tomatoes could make my lettuce soaked in tomato juice. Bread hard as a rock, CLEARLY not fresh at all. I didnât know about the onions because itâs not on the website description (I wouldnât have gotten them cause I hate them). Hell, I didnât even get the entire discount. I shouldâve gotten -$5.99 off but I got -$4.37. When I got there they werenât busy at all. Iâm taking that because of the 12â being $6.99 the owners (thatâs who was there) decided if they couldnât get their $12.00 price Iâd get 1/4 of the tuna, 1/4 of the cheese AND messed up condiments. For the cherry on the cake, letâs just stick it to her on the price too. I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER. Seems I have plenty others that feel the same way by these reviews. I recommend that NO ONE goes there. They deserve to lose their business. Obviously they donât understand that if it werenât for the customers ordering they wouldnât get a paycheck. Youâve been warned. I will also make it a habit of checking reviews...
Read moreIt's Subway and I wanted something refreshing to eat while I was running around doing errands in Lexington. This location was okay and was the closest to me when I was in the area. First it was a little slow to take our order, not complaining much there considering this is a popular restaurant. The staff is nice, but the noise level makes it hard to hear the order to make the sandwiches. The sandwich I ordered was a Subway Club and with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. The roast beef had a tough piece in it and I had to spit it out but overall the sandwich was made just the way I like it. The cookies were a little crunchier than other locations I have eaten at. The location was not clean as I am used to with other locations, with crumbs on the table and no napkin dispensers so I could clean it myself. So I had to choose a table that was somewhat clean towards the back of the restaurant. Overall it's a Subway restaurant, but nothing that I would be returning to on a...
