Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Lexington

We went to this restaurant on opening day. The staff was friendly and the food arrived in a timely manner. We did not experience any “opening day” bumps. You order at the counter and give your name. They call your name and you acknowledge and they bring your order right to the table. The gentleman who brought the order to our table was especially friendly. The food itself was good and the portion size compared to the price was an appropriate value. I got the regular bowl but I will probably get the small size in the future. Me and my husband got different orders but we tried each others meal. I got the Spicy Chicken Bowl and we both agreed that my chicken seasoning was better than his chicken. His chicken was good as well but just trying to provide menu opinions. We both loved the egg roll as well. I do wish the Gyoza sauce container had a larger mouth because it was difficult to dip. I ordered a chicken breast bowl and received a regular bowl which is dark meat chicken! I called to explain this to them and they said well it has teriyaki sauce so that’s why it’s dark and looks like dark meat! No I know what dark meat chicken looks like and also I have had teriyaki madness before in other states so I know what it’s suppose to look like! Bad practice trying to make a customer feel stupid. I tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time and it did not disappoint! I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki with fried rice and it was packed with flavor perfect amount of heat and super fresh.
