Wendy's — Restaurant in Lexington

Recently had a great experience here. Has a new evening manager that seems to be trying to get it in shape. The lady making the sandwiches was very attentive for the special orders like no cheese on burgers. Previous experiences at this establishment we're very dismal and totally disorganized. This lady seems to know her way around a Wendy's kitchen. They are getting some better team players then they used to have. I really think it's on the way up possibly. With Cookout right next door it's good to see a better option with Wendy's. They have always had a good quality single hamburger. They also have usually done really well with chicken sandwiches over the years. Tried their spicy nuggets tonight that a lot of people enjoy. I must say there were a lot better then they're regular nuggets. Of course Wendy still has awesome chocolate and vanilla Frosty's which is one of their nobody can copy items. I applaud the new manager on the night shift trying to get this place in order. Because this place needed some definite organization skills. Almost gave five stars but they need to work on cleanliness a little bit. I will come back at another time to check to see if it continues to improve. But right now they definitely have the two C's of my three C critera. Which is cost effectiveness and awesome customer service. They just need to work on their cleanliness a little bit more. this place sucks. if i could give it 0 stars, i would. the workers were super disrespectful and sat behind the counter complaining about the technology “its not showing me and its pissing me off” at one point some guy (staff) raised his voice and said “because it SUCKS.” they were in no rush despite the drive-through being full and the line inside being backed up to the door, Actually they were the opposite. They were taking their sweet time and I watched three of them come in from a break. Not to mention all of this was after we waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes. The woman taking orders was rude, Too quiet to hear, and lazy, I think it’s also worth mentioning that she was making food with no hair net and hair hanging down from her hat. every time ive gotten the baconator fries, the cheese has been melted and rhe bacon has been in bits. this time it was obvious they didn’t even try them all the cheese, and the bacon was in whole pieces. It’s obvious they weren’t in a rush, as I previously mentioned, they had at least 20 people in line and we’re moving unbelievably slow. I would recommend this place if you’re looking somewhere to waste An hour of your time for food that isn’t even worth the price or efforts of even...
