Went to Wendy's for lunch on Sunday. They only one girl handling the counter and the register. She also fixed the food, after taking orders, and handled all other things when customers needed help. The line was extremely long, and we stood in line getting our order filled a total of 40 minutes. Many customers left after a while because it was taking so long. One customer made the remark when he became impatient and decided to leave, "I think you'll go down in the Guiness Book of Records for taking the longest time to fix a hamburger." My husband and I agree. I don't know if we'll be going back because it is the same story every time we go. They need to hire more help to take care of the customers. By the way, we ordered 4 for $4.00 and a chili. My son, his wife and my grandson, ordered 2 combos and a salad, and it took 40 minutes total to get our food for both families....
Read moreWOWZA!!!! The customer service here on Saturday morning was not better than the last Saturday I stopped here and it was the same person both times. First time the worker was rude and beyond disrespectful. Before I left the drive thru I checked to make sure we had all of our food as we had 4 people and made sure we had straws and the worker came back to the window and rudely last if there was a problem. She was lucky I has a group of people with me or I would have spoken my mind.
The next time I went I was by myself and repeated my order several times to this same worker and she was still very rude. I should have checked my order before I left but was on a time frame but it wasn't what I ordered. Each time I came it wasn't busy and around 7:45/8 am. Well then go to another location because this one isn’t for you. I don’t know how I made the drive thru employee so mad that she sneered at me and silently stuck her hand out to be paid. I thought it was fairly standard to say “Hi, your total is $13.45” but maybe I’m wrong. And I’m also not sure why I didn’t get all the food I ordered; maybe they were short staffed and could only make part of what I paid for. When I went inside to ask for my other items, I apparently made the worker inside mad as well.
