Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Leyden Township

I placed my order for this restaurant for delivery. It was well before midnight and the workers called my phone to tell me that They already turned the ovens off. Seriously? S this not your business to use the oven to cook food? Maybe you should put that on your website that be warned if you order in the last hour it can only be cold items available for delivery. Oh wait or is it the fact that you are lazy and too incompetent to successfully complete your actual shift by serving customers like normal businesses. The disgusting part about this is the fact that Domino’s spend so much money advertising for their brand that there are stores such as this location that are defeating the purpose by telling customers the oven has been turned off. Does this make Dominos a company that lies to customers or is it individual stores such as this one that blatantly lies to paying customers. I’m sure they thought I would just accept the lie they told me. Think again lazy liars get it together and get a staff that is willing to put...

Horrible customer service skills. I ordered 2 pizzas and the cashier Marta told me “It will take 25 min.” I said oh that’s perfect I’m ok with that. I waited the 25 min and they were not calling my name. I went up to the cashier and it was a different person. She asked me if I was ordering or picking up I said picking up, I gave my name and she said “Ok. It will be ready in 20-25 min” I told her “No I ordered 25 min ago. I waited already :D.” Her answer was “Well we are really busy at this moment and the person who took your order is new and she gave you the wrong time. I apologize.” Is none of my problem that your cashier is new. If the person is new you train them and tell them to always ask someone that’s is been working there and has experience. I understand you want to train the person in every area of the job. But train them next to someone who has experience so they don’t make people lose their time. I ended up waiting 50 min for my pizzas. I’m not really happy about this...

I love Dominos. I just don't like the prices... AND FEES!

I always go for Pan crust. I love thicker doughy pizza. But the hand-tossed is still good.

Compared to the competition, the flavors are amazing. But compared to the competition, the fees and prices are a bit too high.

Even with coupons, if you get any of the "2 or more for $6.99 each" items, if it's not PIZZA, you are being ripped off. For example: The new Domino's TOTS are 50 cents of potatoes with 25 cents of cheese and toppings. For $6.99 with a second item or $8.99 on their own.

Perhaps the biggest issue I have is the fees. I love the food, but the cost of delivery has gone through the roof!

It used to be a 50 cent delivery fee... Then it went to $2.50, half of which went to the driver in addition to their tip (if the customer gives one)... As of 2023, Dominos charges $6-$7 for delivery fee. This is ON TOP of the cost of food. And I'm not sure if any of that goes to the driver.

Tasty food, not-so-tasty...
