Update 2024: They spent a lot of money renovating the dining room but still no one cleans it.
The employees are doing the best they can but when the ingredients and recipes are horrific, there's not much they can do to make it appetizing.
On a good day, you might get hot food that is cooked well. But most of the time, it's undercooked or overcooked. It's either very old and stale or still refrigerated in the core.
Whatever they use that they label as cheese is not cheese. It is oil molded into the shape of a slice and colored to look like cheese.
This includes their new mozzarella fries which are literally oily artificial mozzarella wrapped in horrible breading and then deep fried. They are foul tasting and pure heart attack. Inducing.
If you want additional sauces, you'd better be prepared to pay for them. What used to be included as a courtesy now costs $0.25 to $0.75 each.
"Have it your way" is a lie. If you try to customize anything, the cook may or may not even look at what the customization is. There's a 50/50 chance you'll get the generic recipe that they serve, not anything extra and not anything custom.
I don't like being negative but when the food is this horrible, what choice do I have?
2020 review: During lunch, their minuscule parking lot is packed and drive-thru takes at least half an hour because the maximum employee count is 3. One cook one drive-thru one person running all over to do everything else. Sad.

My worst BK experience by far.. first off, my drive-thru order was less than 4 dollars and after paying I was directing to park to wait for my food. Once I parked I realized there were 3 other cars waiting in the same area. I can only assume they had been waiting for longer than me. I stood in my car for over 15 minutes waiting for my food. I became impatient so I drove around to see what was the hold up only to have the drive-thru employee tell me that he is about to quit because no one inside apparently has a clue what they are doing. The man seemed deeply apologetic and ensured me he would at least give me my food before he quits which I thought was hilarious. The manager who was an older lady came out and she was extremely rude from the start simply telling me to go park again. I explained to her in the most respectful way that I could considering that I had already been waiting for 20 minutes at this point. Her only response was you've only been here for 3 minutes. I told her how incompetent she is as a manager before driving off without my food considering what I can confidently say is the worst experience I've ever had at burger king. Alright. I ordered from this Burger King through Uber Eats which was the first mistake I made. First of all, they completely disregarded the preferences on the burger, which was the simple request of no ketchup. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but come to realize they also forgot a side of chicken fries that they forgot, as well as them completely not even giving me the right amount for the one they did get right. I asked for a 12 pc, they just threw 8 in the bag and called in a day. I called them to ask and NATALIE or Natalia, whatever her name is Was rude, unprofessional, clearly doesn’t have the education above high school with the way that they spoke towards me, “huh”-ing me as if she couldn’t comprehend. I told her the errors and she simply said “well I packed it myself so it’s right”. Girl and the sky is also purple cuz you’re WRONG.
