If I could give negative stars I would. The general employees are amazing, kind, and considerate. The manager Jamie Gomez is a racist! As I was ordering my food, and in the time it took me to sit and wait for my food as well, I could hear her loud and clear talking loudly in the MOST condisending and ignorant tone to her employees. The employee taking my order had to apologize because she see the look of concern and disbelief on my face. She proceeded to speak with another employee (where I could hear) about how the other employees don’t even speak English ( even though they were able to talk to me and me to them) And how they just don’t understand and how she is tired of telling them. As I got my food I told her how she was talking to them was rude and condiseding. Instead of her taking responsibility she proceeded to tell me “well I have told them 5 times (she listed a bunch of other store issues as well that I could care less about) and I’m sorry if you feel that way but I’ve told them.” I said I understand your frustrations but if you spoke to them in the same low tone (even though it was still rude and condisending) then maybe you’d be able to get more done with them. I went to this location with my kids a few days ago. I had stopped in to get a box of the dozen donuts and their coolattas. The woman that took care of me and my kids her name is Shawna/Shauna not sure how her name is spelled out but she was the sweetest and coolest Dunkin Donuts worker I have came across. She asked me if I wanted something to drink as well and I said "I'm looking for something warm for my throat"since it was sore. And she offered me a free hot tea drink which I had gotten the chamomile tea which was really nice and hot just what I needed. She was so friendly she was even considerate about the donuts I bought she told me how to prevent them from getting hard and stale and keep them a little more lasting to eat. Most DD's I go into are fairly good experiences but this one stood out because of her personality and her genuine kindness. I hope the owners know they have a good employee...

Horrible customer service, I walk over to this Dunkin almost everyday for my lunch break and it is always horrible service when the lady is working. Today I came in and asked for the Wednesday daily deal, which is supposed to be a bagel and medium coffee for $2.99. I’ve gotten it many times before. The lady gave me attitude and said there is no such thing. When I tried to point out the fact that there is a sign up front the lists the daily deals, she cut me off before I was even able to finish. I also asked for an order of hash browns and she told me that they do not sell them after 12 noon, I know she was lying because I order hash browns often during my lunch break, which is after 1 pm.
