Yesterday I kicked out from McDonald’s in normal business hours by police officer named Dickinson which he claimed I can’t use McDonald’s internet and plug for free more than 20 minutes.
He approached me( I was inside)and said you only bought one coffee but sitting here more than 2 hours ( I don’t exactly if it was true). It was definitely more than an hour.
When I asked him can you show me any sticker, sign or is any regulations about that. He asked me do you own your business ( he knew, was watching me behind). He said would you like me to use your trucks for free or would you give me ride to Wisconsin. I said no because I am not allowed to carry passengers and I don’t want you to drive my equipment. This is McDonald’s and this free internet obviously part of their promotions and that’s why I am a customer here.
I said -this is private property they have their supervisors and stuff to come warn me. Do you have any complains about me, sir? He said- They don’t come and tell you that’s why I am here.
I said you have a formal police uniform how would I know that you work for McDonald’s. Anyways he told me you have 15 minutes to leave or I am gonna have to move you out. I said I have still coffee I haven’t finish yet ( which was true for some reason). He said you have been here too long and showed me this sign as “rule” for enforcing. (Attached)
I am gonna go there this evening again and this time will buy small coffee. Yesterday I told him and his fellow that you guys serving McDonald’s not public(later they become two that’s why I kept calm and didn’t wanna embarrass him more). I said -I pay taxes by the way. Respond was quick we don’t work with taxpayers money today after 7 PM.
Anyways be aware of racist cops. McDonalds has all the recordings and they will easily figure out that these two cops are clearly racist.
They even told me you own your business and you can hire and fire anyone you want and serve anyone you want. They gave me example from Colorado or some state small shop who refused to serve two gay people. That’s totally different conversation...We have basic rules about discrimination. They told me you can also fire your drivers if you don’t like. I said I can’t fire them just because they are black or Mexican that doesn’t make any sense and it is totally agains not just the constitution. He told me well you can tell him “ hey there is an alcohol smell in your truck and dirt and other reasons to fire”
I said yes it should be some reason but not because of they are black or immigrant...Anyways this was really ridiculous and first time I had this situation I respond them as much as I could. I stop arguing with them only when I realized these two cups are or mentally retarded or just really hates immigrants. Both options wasn’t safe for me and I didn’t have time for them.
I hope they will be there this evening. And this time I ll involve manager and will call Marshall, state trooper...

We went through the drive-thru and JANELLE, starts with a “YEAH!” not a “What can I get you?” Already starting off with terrible service.
Janelle is rude and was saying, “YOU GOTTA EARN RESPECT TO GET RESPECT.” When she is WRONG! when you work in Customer Service, you must automatically provide great service and respect.
When the manager came out, their excuse for Janelle was “Oh she’s young.” Being young has nothing to do with that young lady’s attitude and terrible service. She should be terminated and the entire Mcdonald's should be shut down as a whole. The manager obviously does not what type of service their employees are providing. The manager must be held accountable as well.
And with all the terrible reviews, it’s insane that not a single one has a response trying to fix everyone’s issues. As a company, you should be wanting to provide the best type of service. Doesn’t matter if you’re fast food or in a corporate...

The first issue I had was when I wanted to substitute the bread on my Mcmuffin for Mcgriddle bread. I was taught this by an employee at McDonald's, it is a substitution, and there is literally a button for it on the register. When I ordered this, the manager punched it in, gave me a dirty look, and told me this is the only time I will ever do this for you. Ever since then he has refused, and tried to charge me double for a Mcgriddle, even though I don't want the sausage. The bigger issue I had was when I ordered a lemonade with no ice. The same manager hands me a cup HALF Full of lemonade. I asked why, he says "This is how much you would get with ice, so this is what you get." This guy might have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered in the food industry. He shows a complete lack of respect to his customers. I live across the street, and will never buy a thing...
