Of all the locations for this fast food giant, this might very well be the single slowest and least accurate I have encountered.
I arrived to find the drive through backed up all the way out to River Road, which usually is my cue to go anywhere else, but I decided yo take my chances. Big mistake. It took about 15 minutes just to get to the ordering board, then had to repeat my order 3 times because either the intercom system is garbage or the employee wasnt fluent in English enough to understand order-by-number.
Order was simple enough, #3, Large, Coke-no ice, and an al a carte 10 piece nugget. The display on the order board flashed up for a fraction of a second and was gone only. I pull around to pay, and look at the recipt, there is 30 cent upcharge on the drink (assuming for the no-ice, which is outrageous when the whole drink costs less that that to the franchise) and its showing Diet.
I get to the pickup window, and let the employee know there is a correction, and he was amazing, was happy to change out the drink, even offered to let me keep the incorrect one, which I declined.
I get my food and continue to my destination only to find my large fries are a medium and my nugget sauces are incorrect.
3 strikes all in the same order.

I always pay for the person's meal behind me when I go through Drive Thru's. Well this morning I tried to pay for the person's meal behind me. And Jennifer responded "that's a nice gesture but id have to go get my manager."
And I said "no worries you can go grab them." And she said "it's a nice gesture but you can move forward."
We're in a middle of a pandemic and I'm sorry Jennifer that you robbed someone of a "nice gesture" to brighten their day.
Ive always been able to pay for the meals behind me at McDonald's. I've seen other cashiers get the manager for me to pay for 3 cars behind me. It takes 2 seconds for the manager to key in so I can swipe my card again.
For $15 hour your customer service should be better than this. If you don't want to serve customers a "McDonald's" experience then don't work...

The boy at the window looked like he was very busy because he was running around, which is understandable. However, he gave me the wrong order. Politely I told him about the missing items and he accused me of asking for free food… after that his “manager” came and started scaring me with the police, which I told them that there would be no problem if they called them because I did not have any of the items besides the chicken in my car…moreover, I told him that I’ll be more then happy if he looked inside my car for the food that he said he gave me. Later on the boy came back with again missing order… in this case I basically just wasted my money on food that I did not receive and I was so called a thief. I was never that disrespected in my life. They both do not deserve...
