I was very excited about trying this Chicago style deep dish pizza, and I’ve heard that this is one of the places to come. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The crew seems friendly enough, but my server did a bad job of helping me out. He did explain that the pizza would take about 40 minutes, which I ordered a individual Uno pizza. The uno pizza comes with a layer of sausage, cheese, pepperoni and bell peppers and onions. Sounds delicious, but I couldn’t quite get a bite that bursted with flavor. But let’s get back to the beginning, I ordered the pizza and a beer. I asked him to come back so I can see what else to get. He came back about ten minutes later, and I had to remind him about my beer, which at this point it was sitting on the counter since I ordered it. So I get my warm beer, and ordered spaghetti while I wait for my pizza. He proceeded to bring me one of the blandest spaghetti I’ve ever had. I’ve been to chain restaurants with more flavor. It included a basic salad with ranch, and that had more flavor than the spaghetti. I never believe in returning food, I know it impacts the workers, but I was very close this time. Server never came back to check on me, no extra napkins, didn’t ask for refills, just a bad experience with the server. Friendly environment, plenty of parking. Just no flavor to the food.

While visiting town, I knew I had to try authentic Chicago deep-dish pizza, and Pizzeria Uno was the perfect spot. With its rich history as the birthplace of deep dish in 1943, this restaurant feels like a slice of Chicago’s culinary legacy. This particular location is franchised and attached to a hotel but the restaurant history remains the same. I ordered the small Uno Original deep-dish pizza, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. Honestly, it was more than enough for two people, so come hungry! We also tried the garlicky cheese bread, which was a great appetizer—warm, cheesy, and full of garlicky goodness. Adam was our server, and he made the experience even better. He was incredibly friendly, fun to chat with, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. His excellent service really stood out and added to the experience. If you’re looking for classic Chicago deep dish with a side of warm hospitality, Pizzeria Uno O’Hare is a must-visit!

We called early in the week for a reservation because we were celebrating a birthday. (20 People) When we get to the restaurant we are told they don't have anything down for us but that they will make space. We waited and after tables were set, about 15 minutes later. They asked if our whole party was here. We had more than half and was told we can sit down but we can't order till everyone is there. About 30 minutes later we are allowed to order. No drinks were given this whole time as well. We put in our order, both for appetizers and pizza. The waiter walked off and we had to flag him down later to ask if they can take our drink order. They served us in small plastic cups. Randomly half the appetizers appear with 1 pizza. We let them know we are missing appetizers and he says no we aren't. He then looks at the table and starts recalling the order and says, oh I guess so. Let me check on that. at that time as well we had NO DISHES. We ask for some and they bring us 5 plates and run away. We had to walk up to someone at the bar to ask for more and they bring us some wet plates with old food on them!! We regret giving this location a chance. The pizza tasted like it was frozen and just heated up. They also severed the thin pizza on a paper and it was stuck to the pizza. The pizza came so badly cut so we had to fight to get pieces. We could not force ourselves to eat this pizza so we barely ate. It was all types of bad!! We came close to just walking right out. Just know if you go to this location, the food and service are both bad. Many people in our group stopped before heading home to get other food because no one enjoyed the food. To make another point, we were. big group. Yet the restaurant was pretty much empty. It was not busy at all, they just do not know what...

Ok, my husband & I were big fans of Uno’s Pizza. We loved the one in Schaumburg & downtown Chicago. We were excited to visit this one, in Schiller Pk. It was nice & close to our home. Sorry to say, we were so disappointed! The employees were very nice. except we waited forever for them, to take our drink order! We knew the pizza would take a while, so we ordered a ceaser salad, my silverware was dirty! When the salad was served, it was, very brown at the ends! We had to cut off the ends of the leaves! When our pizza finally came after a hour of waiting, and after the salad was finished. it was the worse pizza we ever had! Now if you know, Uno pizza it was always FILLED with their delicious cheese. Our pizza had only a couple pieces of cheese on it, no lye! It was like eating bread with tomatoes & sausage! The server was busy, bartending & never came to refill our glasses of pop! Now I work in hospitality, I know businesses are short staffed! I don’t have a problem with waiting & understanding that, but that is besides the point! The restaurant had like 8 people in it, so you can’t say they were busy! Actually their is more cheese, in the frozen Uno pizza you can make at home, and taste much better as well! Don’t go there & expect the real Uno’s, It’s so far from it, I wouldn’t want anyone to experience, what we went through there! Don’t waste your money! We will never return! Waste of money! The only reason, I gave it one star was it wouldn’t let me, write a review without hitting a star!...
