I did not have a lot of time to shop, because I had things to do but the store looks nice and well organized. My experience was not the best since I had a very unpleasant time with one of the cashier representatives. I came in to return a bag (it's the customer's personal reason why to decide to return a brand new item within the return period) after returning the item with a quite rude and not nice lady (dont know her nationality but definitely not american) I go around looking to purchase something. After making the line to purchase a couple of items I liked, I was called by another lady. Also, not the nicest one but at least nicer than the first one. Then suddently the first old lady turns my way and literally screams at me "are you still here" and then laughs trying to fix the situation, I was: " like excuse me? Yes, I came to purchase something, is there any problem with that?" I could not believe it neither the people next to me looking at her speachless. I don't know her issues or the experiences that she had before, but I literally spent less than 30 minutes at the store and she wanted me to go lol, horrible representative and customer service skills. Read moreI had a frustrating experience while shopping here. After trying on several items in the fitting room, I spoke with an employee named Natalie. I asked her if I should take the clothes I wanted to buy with me in my shopping cart, and she assured me she would put them in the cash register.
When I finished shopping and went to pay, my items were nowhere to be found. I had to return to the fitting room, only to find that Natalie had mixed them up and placed them on a rack for unwanted items. I had to search for them myself, which was incredibly inconvenient. As I walked away, I heard her say "You're welcome" behind me, but she didn’t offer any apology or assistance.
