Updated review(1/5): Absolutely awful service. Employees are slow to take orders, mess up half of the orders and needed the concept of a plain cheeseburger explained to them for 5 minutes before they finally fixed the order. Asked for a large cup of water mainly due to my own dietary restriction and other health reasons and was given a much smaller cup. They also for some odd reason split our order into two separate smaller charges than just keeping it together in one charge.
Every time they mess up a drive thru order you either have to park, get out and walk to the window and hold up the line of cars, or you have to exit the parking lot, wait for an opening and go through the drive thru again just to fix something that shouldn't have to be fixed.
Old review (3/5): Okay food. Tastes like what you would expect Wendy's to taste like. Our order what incorrect the first time through the drive-thru, but that's to be expected from a fast food drive-thru.
Drive-thru staff were nice enough to complete the order, and understanding when we had to go back and ask to fix the burger.
If you're stopping here for quick food and don't entirely care about quality, there shouldn't...
Read moreSo, over the course of the last 14 years my family has visited this store multiple times per month. Not because of their service, but because our kids wanted Wendy's. In those same 14 years and many visits, I can count on one hand the number of times our order was correct! This evening we visited again and to no avail our order was incorrect as usual. I went back to the store to get the correct sandwich and the person behind the counter took my old sandwich and placed it under the fry heat lamp, as if to say they would have served it to another customer. I informed him that a bite was taken out of the sandwich and he promptly grabbed it and threw it away. This restaurant needs new management/ownership and DEFINITELY RETRAINING for all employees! Unfortunately, I know that this will NEVER happen and we will continue to suffer from this lack of customer care and/or service. Being in the service industry myself for over 20 years, I would never expect my customer(s) to have to deal with this and make sure they were as happy as they could possibly be! SHAME ON YOU! Read moreThe food was just as good as any other Wendy's which for fast food isn't too great but I don't complain for paying $4 for a meal. This location gets three stars because every time I go here you cannot understand a single thing the people working the drive-thru are saying. This next thing I know is customer specific but Wendy's carries their own Dave's cream soda that is obviously specifically for Wendy's and I've dined in this location and they have it on their Fountain but everytime I try and order it through the drive-thru they claim that they don't have it or haven't heard of it. Not going to stop me from going back due to the fact that if I'm hungry and that's the only option...
