At 4:36PM My spouse bought food with her co-worker on lunch and it tasted like whoever was cooking the meat just did not care. She had to go back to work so she was going to deal with it after work which I never knew could be so hectic. She arrived at 10:34PM and spoke with the "manager" David (Would not give his last name) and he denied service to her even after she brought back the receipt and described what happened in detail. He told her that they could NOT do anything unless she had the food... She ordered 6 hours ago so who in their right mind would assume that the customer had their food still. He than told her she did NOT order it since she doesn't look like the type of person to order that food?? Seriously how can you profile an order and what a customer should look like. Also, they are open til 3 AM yet he told my spouse he would NOT cook the food for her since they would have to turn the grills back on. Why would the grills be off when they are open til 3 AM. Most likely a lie from him which at this point seems normal.
Overall the experience was not only a complete waste of time since they told us to come back but a clear representation of the service they do provide. The manager, David, knew hardly any English and was very disrespectful even to the point that his co-workers were looking at him wondering why he was doing that.
Just fair warning if you need any assistance do not expect help from David and will just end up in you wondering how he is a manager. I do hope that other managers have respect for customers. Read moreThe night manager worker is unfriendly and I rather go to McDonald and spend my money, few nights i went there and places my order every time I don’t get my receipts and when I asked for this manager get an attitude, tonight October 26 (Wednesday) I order a meal and three large chili, I was giving one spoon and two crackers , I got back in line ( drive thru) and inform the manager that took and gave me my order, got attitude because I told her what I received, she told me that you only get one each which I know that a lie. It was around 9:53 when I went there so the doors was locked, I always go to this one because I pass by there on my way to work, but tonight my last time going to any Wendy, if they alright having people with attitude there, I’m not going to trust nobody at Wendy, special when you deal with my food. All I did went back to the window and inform her what I received, she grab the crackers and spoon and close the window, I sit there really in shock and she ignored me but she had to open because I didn’t move and a car was behind me with people she knew, so I informed her again i order three large cups of chili’s, and she got the worse attitude I just decided to drive off, I don’t know what wrong with these young kids now, so disrespectful, I drove off, but I will never go to Wendy again, if I want fast food again on my way to work I rather stop...

He sounded frustrated..didn't want to repeat himself. ..guess because he has an accent...kept calling me boss and w.e, no issue...but I feel like it bugged them I couldn't understand him... because looked like they said something...in reference to me... didn't think anything of it... Got to work for my lunch with my 2 jr bacons..which they ruined....I'm sure on purpose because the patty was split in 2 the cheese looked weird too, like it was over done.like crusty and cold..it was dripping in mayonnaise, I gagged when I bit into it...way to much for anyone to handle. I wiped it off with a napkin and there was still some left over. I wouldn't be surprised if they mess with people's food who mess with them.... Look into this crew... working March 20,2025 at 8pm.
