Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Liberal

The help is always very kind and helpful, but the last two times I went through the drive through my order was wrong. It wasn’t anything that the window person did wrong, the orders were put in the cash register correctly, but Something in the kitchen must not have connected. I always order a #2 combo with cheese and bacon only. Last time it came with everything but cheese and bacon, and today, the cheese and bacon only were there, but there was only one beef patty. I was eating it during a meeting so I didn’t go back to the store. $9.49 is a lot of money to pay for a wafer thin slice of hamburger on a piece of lettuce. Usually everything is great, but my luck hasn’t been the greatest in the last month or so at Freddy’s. Maybe next time it’ll be back up to a 5 star...

I love their burgers and fries and the chili dogs are really good as well. I buy Freddy's seasoning and fry sauce for my house it is so good. My family loves their frozen custard.......the turtle one in particular with Carmel and chocolate and pecans. The PBC&B is delicious it is custard with peanut butter, bananas and chocolate. They have dirt and worms that all little kids love as well. Plus several other flavors I haven't tried yet. Their onion rings are really good but they got rid of the fried pickles and I loved those. When I went they were rather busy and it was lunch hour. Seemed as though it was going to take forever but they were rather speedy about it. They got us through there like we were cattle so all and all just like any fast food place really. They took care of us all right, I just think they could have smiled a lot more and acted like they like their job. It's just hard for people to be friendly now days. Being fair though always show the customer a friendly smile so they have a pleasant dinning experience and they will return. I probably won't be going...
