Emergency Pizza Not!! I received an “Emergency Pizza” coupon in my email from Domino’s so I hit the claim here button and it simply took to to the on-line app. It didn’t show or indicate anything to show the emergency coupon. My wife and I both tried it and no luck. So here’s where the problem began. I called this local store and told the employee my issue and he didn’t know what an emergency pizza was??? Holy cow, I think every non employee that’s ever been on-line or watched TV has heard of this promotion. So I asked to speak with a manager and I could hear the manager in the background but she wouldn’t speak with me. The young man said you need to order it on-line. So I replied; so order the pizza on line and just let you know when I arrive it’s an emergency pizza? He said yes, I guess so. I arrive and it’s $17 for my medium pizza. The manager said I needed to pay for the pizza at full price and should have ordered on-line. I said I did order it on line! If she would have spoke with me on the phone maybe it would have resolved THEIR app issue and customer service problem. Instead of even offering a discount or try to resolve the issue caused by an employee that doesn't know Dominos programs or how to resolve customer issues, she refused to offer any assistance. I left without my pizza. I ordered another from the other location and got a larger pizza for half the price by ordering on-line…again. Good thing it wasn’t an Emergency! After that order I received another emergency pizza available coupon email! Thanks for the poor customer service, inability to train, and horrible management skills Dominos! You would think they would’ve looked at my coupon and comped the med cheese pizza instead of throw it or give it away right. That’s the age of service...
Read moreThe worst customer service ever! I ordered pizzas, chicken, stuffed bread and dessert, only for my whole order to be wrong. I called the store and one of the teenagers upfront answered: " whats up?" When I finally talked to the manager she apologized and gave us credit for the next order. I called today and decided to use the credit and hopefully get the correct order this time, only to be disappointed again by arriving at the store and two different guys telling me they didn't have our order. They said :" sorry" and left. I requested to speak to the manager, and they left me at the window for approximately 30 minutes. I finally decided to get down and talk to someone as no one ever came back, and the guy up front just said: " you still want to speak to the manager? I asked for the manager's name and the general manager's name as well, which the guy could barely give me their first name. I lost money the first time they messed up our order, then wasted money driving the second time when they completely disregarded our entire order and then we still get this kind of customer service? I am so disappointed at dominos pizza, perhaps you should start hiring competent individuals or perhaps training them well, enough to remember that customer service makes the difference in food chains such as this one. We will be headed to pizza hut next time we want good pizza and better...
Read moreThis store is truly an embarrassment to Domino’s. They have messed up 5 orders out of the last 7. Each time I ordered without onions and they found a way to put onions on it. When I called to report it, I was accused of lying several times and the driver refused to give us the replacement order one time until we showed him the onions. We did show him the onions and received the food but to be accused of lying is incredibly insulting. On the next order they put onions on it again. When I called, the guy that answered said “she said she didn’t put onions on it.” Once again I was accused of lying. So when the driver came again I showed him all the onions. Each time I order there is always a brand new driver. Obviously there is a management issue here. You can’t mess up this percentage of the orders without a management issue. And you don’t accuse customers of lying over onions. Who would lie about that? This store is a franchise and only owns three locations and doing business like this they will definitely not have good luck...
