McDonald's — Restaurant in Liberty Lake

Updated 8/10/25 Figured I would start adding updates as I experience differently from the same restaurant. Today my 5 year old grandson decided he wanted chicken nuggets from McDonalds. I pull through the drive up and order him a 10 piece. He didn’t want anything else. I specifically said when asked which sauce for the nuggets, sweet and sour. Not only did I say at the order podium I also said it to the young lady at the pay window. I get to the food pickup window, grab the back and drive away. Big mistake! I got tangy BBQ Sauce. Not 1 but 2! I only ordered nuggets and they messed it up!!! Not even going to say anymore other than spend all the time you need looking through your food order ensuring the drive up window is delayed regardless of how long it takes!

About 230 today I went through the drive up at McDonald’s and ordered a spicy mcchicken meal. Paid at first window got to second window to be told I needed to pull around and wait for my food to be done. There was no one behind me or in front of me. However I did as instructed. After waiting 20 minutes I walked in and asked if I could get what I ordered to be dismissed as if I wasn’t told to pull around and wait. I was handed my cold bag of food and was told on my way out the door “have a nice day” in a very snarky tone. I was so disappointed that I drove back around and talked to the manager via the drive up window. She acted as if I was the cause and she apologized telling me and that there must of been a misunderstanding. I even had to make my own drink. You would think of people are being paid 16-18 per hour that they would be held to a hirer standard. Obviously the only thing that happens is worse service and increased cost. Pita pit, Carl Jrs, and taco bell will be the go to places going forward. To be dismissed and treated in such a disrespectful way and to be told that I was the one who was to blame is unacceptable when your a paying customer. Apparently they don’t care if they lose a customer. I would suggest going elsewhere if you want good service and warm food. If I should ever go through this drive up again, when asked to pull around I will politely decline and wait for my order. Not my concern if your timing through the drive up drops. We are customers...

Horrible manager. She’s very unprofessional. Lisa French is the most disrespectful, belittling manager you could ever have. She doesn’t follow state laws for letting a breastfeeding mother pump, and she shames you for it! My friend that works there takes 2, 15 minute breaks a day to pump (5 extra minutes than her other coworkers. FIVEEEE) and today Lisa pulled her into the office and told her she needs to stop taking the extra 5 minutes because it’s unfair to her coworkers that she gets a longer break time. That’s absolutely unacceptable. As a pumping mother, I take at LEAST 20 minutes to pump everything I need in 1 session. My friend is being generous with the time she’s gone for. She also shamed my friend for being in a lot of pain for her first period back since having a child. Saying it’s her fault because she “chose to have a child” and that the “doctors should’ve told her this would happen because she chose to have a child”. She completely trashed on my friend for doing things she needs to do and just because she “should’ve known” that her period would be this bad, doesn’t mean that she deserves it.

SHE ALSO SAID BREAST FEEDING AND PUMPING FOR YOUR CHILD IS “SPECIAL TREATMENT”. yes, special treatment to literally FEED YOUR CHILD.

Honestly, this type of audacity should be taken to a news outlet and reported on. This behavior is unacceptable from a MANAGER, and completely disgusting. Everybody should know about this and stop business there until something is done about the situation.

I am sick of raiding McDonald's. Pretty much every McDonald's I've ever been to is the same. If the food is hot and the french fries are fully cooked then at least in the moment if you don't have to wait too long it tastes good. It's horrible for our stomachs it's horrible for our hearts his horrible for a arteries and our blood and everything else there's nothing of nutritional value at a McDonald's. The sad part is we all know this already and yet we continue to pour into McDonald's as though it's the fountain of youth or something. Today I just read about an introduction of a fiery hot sauce for the egg McMuffin or the sausage McMuffin oh my God it's just processed hot sauce put on a greasy egg or sausage fake egg McMuffin and yet we including myself will probably get it sometime just because if it's hot and it's quick it'll taste good and it won't matter what the long-term effects of it are. Whatever happened to McDonald's having salads where did that and why did that go away. Come on Google stop asking me to review McDonald's cuz my opinions never going to change, and that doesn't mean I won't ever go to a McDonald's because I'm a stupid human being and are as susceptible to temptation as anyone else but it's come on McDonald's is gross especially if you ever eat it overcooked undercooked or cold. Parents including myself relating my kids go there, should be ashamed of allowing their kids to eat at McDonald's again there is no nutritional...
