Mixed bag. . .I've LOVED Liberty Lake's Papa Murphy's for a decade! Until recently, their staff has honestly been a "10"...kind, courteous, professional; an absolute pleasure to work with. . Fast forward to mid-2016, until current: change in staff has many customers in waiting each time I visit, and not appearing as pleased as before--maybe they've experienced the same as me? Most-recently, I placed a phone order about a half-hour before closing & arrived 20 minutes later. Customers were waiting--2 of which placed in-person orders as I arrived. Their pizzas were all made before mine (not THAT big of a deal), but my call-in order was STARTED being made right as their store-hours ended, while they locked the door, but AFTER 2 more pizzas made for no other existent customers. . I do know many customers place orders & never come in to buy them, but there's no reason my call-in should've been so delayed--I've purchased every order I've made through the years. . BUT: Requested toppings were OMITTED from not only my last order, but has happened on 3 out of my last 4 orders. . Also frustrating to complete surveys for free cheesy bread with order. .then expect to receive one---and THEY HAVE NONE! . I don't know what's changed recently, but I DO know that odds have become: ordered pizzas won't be made in a timely manner, they'll not be as ordered, & some menu items a customer would expect, may not be available. . I haven't lost my support of this great option for pizza yet, I just hope they spoon return to the great customer satisfaction they'd built over the...
Read moreI've been here twice here this second time I had a really bad taste in my mouth for my cashier. I had someone call the order in and they told them we were using a coupon any size price 10$ when we got there they only used the coupon for one pizza the one that was large and confused when I went to pick up my pizza's I asked if there was a mistake 'I thought I could have been mistaken' and the woman that rang me up walked over with a look of disgust on her face leaving the one she was ringing up just standing there so all eyes were on me which was embarrassing in itself I really didn't want a scene it was a simple question she informed me it was only for large though this was not stated on the phone or coupon and began to wave her arm over the pizza and said well... we could make you different pizza's... I guess. In SUCH a rude tone I honestly had no desire to stay there a minute longer. Her whole demeanor to the situation was honestly a snotty child throwing a fit when in all honesty at some point in all of the communications with the store we should have been told especially when we ordered family size that it won't work with the coupon. Anyways rant over if you ever use a coupon...
Read moreI understand 'specials' as in a one topping, cheese stuffed crust is 13.99 but what I don't understand is the sign inside the store says add additional topping for 1.25? So I wanted to add mushrooms to my one topping sausage pizza but I was told that the price would go to full regular price if I added any toppings? Which by the way jumps up considerably in price and just to add 1 topping like the sign says? I don't get it really. And because of this, and I know one person won't make or break the business, but I will continue going to Little Caesars for a cheese stuffed crust 2 topping pizza for under 10$ and that makes the pizza from Caesars, which is already really good pizza, taste even better. This pizza today cost over 15$, why would I go again when I can save over 5$? I usually use Papa Murphy's on Evergreen & Sprague but thought I'd try Liberty Lake. I would have given 5 stars like I do most places because the food is generally good, but I don't understand the add a topping sign when it's not true. Papa's Pizza is really good, but not any better than Caesars and you don't have to cook...
