Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Liberty Township

We tried this location twice. First time we ordered online for pickup and the order was botched. The receipt in the bag matched the emailed receipt. The taco salad with chicken had no chicken, the burrito had next to no chicken, the wrong beans, and the wrong salsa. They offered 2 free entrees in exchange. We ordered in person. That made no difference. The younger lady told my fiancé “we don’t have taco salad”. That’s funny, it’s on the menu. But ok. She ordered a bowl which was bland. I got the same burrito again- the chicken was bland, and instead of sour cream she gave me ranch.

Ordered from here for the first time and was excited to try the food. Chips and queso get a thumbs up. I also ordered a burrito (hibachi shrimp). While the overall flavor was on point I would advise against ordering the hibachi shrimp. They were ridiculously undersized. To the point it was insulting and laughable (about as big as my pinky nail). I honestly don't know why they offer "hibachi shrimp" if this is what they are using because it is cheating the customer on their protein choice. I won't repeat this choice again. I'm a bodybuilder so I prioritize the protein options in my meals. Honestly my burrito might as well been vegetarian. Food was sub par to say the least, carnitas nachos with no carnitas, Jamaican Jerk quesadillas with minimal amounts of chicken and cheese in half, the other half lacking filling entirely. I do not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys tasty food! The online order was promised at 7:15, I received it in the store at 7:30 after an employee had to search for the ticket and put the food together. The serving line for dining in was trashed and out of most everything . I had plenty of time to experience the disarray first hand as I waited for my food.
