07/22/21. Go to this location all the time.

The guys were making multiple sandwiches, included the wrong bread on mine with none of the right toppings…. And acted like it was not a problem.

I paid with points (because I go so often) and then the guys attempted to replace the white with wheat bread - with nothing on it, no Mayo lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar & oil - to make make for the worst sandwich my wife and I have ever had from this location.

It’s obvious ownership is careless. The guys acted like I was asking for a miracle to remake the sandwich. They did not remake it. They acted like it was my problem. AWFUL.

Service SO TERRIBLE I cannot even describe it.

Avoid this location. Careless...

My chicken Philly was cold because they didn't tell me it was ready even though they knew I was there waiting and I was standing about six feet from the counter. I could have continuously checked the orders if they would let people see the tags on the bags. I guess they are worried about people taking orders that aren't theirs. The only place I've seen that is worried about that. When I complained, all 6 employees just stared at me and said nothing. What makes this even worse is their stupid system where you feel like you have to give them a tip when you order, before you know what kind of service or food you...

My husband an I went for a late lunch at jersey mikes today around 2 in the afternoon, my husband ordered a #5 giant with bacon, mayo, lettuce and onion and i got a # 13 mayo, lettuce onion, oil/vinegar. About 15 minutes after eating we both didn't feel well but were running errands. About 30-45 mins after eating my husband had to pull over because I was throwing up... There was something not right about their sandwich? Maybe bad mayo or lettuce??? Not sure but 100% will not go back to this...
