Honestly, I hate to be this person but I truly have never had a worse encounter as I did today. I’m a firm believer of giving people the benefit of the doubt due to being busy or even being short staffed. But today, this entire experience blew my mind.
Me and my girlfriend came in to eat in the lobby. Neither one of us ordered at the register. I ordered on the kiosk and my girlfriend ordered through her mobile app. With that being said, neither of us had to interact with the cashier to place our order. Her and I both forgot to add sauce to our order. I went up and asked how can I purchase any sauce since I did forget and that was totally my fault. The worker told me “I can only give you 2 free sauces”. And that was fine. I was completely fine with purchasing them as well so her giving them to me for free I was appreciative of. When I came back it was time for my girlfriend’s order to be up and they didn’t bring her order to the table. That also wasn’t a big deal considering we knew they had like 5 people coming through the drive thru. However, she asked about sauces and what she needed to do in order to get some, she told my girlfriend “you will have to buy them”. Of course, she seen that she gave me free sauces and was simply confused and replied with “but you didn’t charge her for them?” . The worker put her hand in my girlfriends face, rolled her eyes and practically was going to throw the sauces at her. Regardless of if we had to buy them, we would have bought them so the price wasn’t a big deal. It was more so the fact that she put her hand in her face and thought that was acceptable. Carry on to about 10 minutes later, my girlfriend is still waiting on her caramel frappe that she still has never received. The woman comes back and says “are you still waiting on that frappe?” And my girlfriend replied with “yeah, I’ve got the rest of my order just didn’t receive that item.”. Apparently their machine was down for frappes and when my girlfriend stated that she didn’t know because nobody informed her, she said “I’ll just bring a manager over here to process a refund”. That was perfectly fine, but at least inform us. The manager processed the refund and we told her what happened and the manager was almost condescending with her responses on what we were trying to express to her. So obviously, we knew us telling her wasn’t going to do anything. They gave my girlfriend her sprite with no ice, and it was out of syrup. I went up and asked for ice and a new drink because it was horrible. I informed them ghat the machine may be out of sprite syrup and she was very rude to me. I ended up telling her to keep the drink and shove it up her behind due to the lack of professionalism. We didn’t force her to apply here, we didn’t force her to take the job position, and the thing is, she probably makes more than most people just starting out working there. It was a bad look for the company and I hope they can figure out their next steps because I will not be eating or purchasing anything from this location again. I’d rather go hungry an extra 5 minutes than...
Read moreAlmost always I order a burger with modifications and most of the time it is wrong, I like the food but they need to work on making the orders to what the ticket says.
EDIT I just came here again and ordered a Big Mac and they put two patties on one side and left two buns together, they also put cheese on another burger after specifically asking for no cheese. It’s disappointing that I have to go in and fix my order almost every time
EDIT This is getting ridiculous, I came to this location again a little after 11 last night. We ordered two burgers with modifications and they completely disregarded it and made two normal sandwiches, it’s not a mess up it is laziness. We got all the way back home and had to turn around and when we got there we waited for 30 minutes in line for a remake order. Which we should have already had. We decided to call the store and let them know we have an order that needs remade because the line was tremendously long and the manager working decided to hang up on us. It was extremely rude and this McDonald’s is the only location I have this problem with it is lazy and I’m getting tired of ordering food just to have to turn around and get it remade. Not to add we didn’t get home until about 1am for an order we ordered at 11pm. They need to make orders to what they say on the ticket it is ridiculous how many times I’ve had to come back to this...
Read moreI have a hearing disability so I use the mobile app to oder. This saves me from having to try ordering through the speakers at the drive through. I always pull to the 1st window and give them my mobile app code to place my order. There's a sign right there on the window that says people with hearing disabilities can order at the 1st window. On 04/06/2025 I pulled up to window 1 and gave my mobile order to Mina. She refused to take my mobile order. She told me that I would have to go back through the line and give her my order through the speaker. I explained to her that I have a hearing disability and that I wanted to give her my mobile order number at the window. She again refused to take my order number and shut the window. She turned away and went back to her computer, refusing to look at me for 2 whole minutes while the line behind me grew larger. I finally proceeded to window 2 where they took my mobile order (confirming that Mina had not entered my order at window 1). This is blatant discrimination.
07/24/2025 Edit This time I showed up to the drive thru and they had given my mobile order to someone else already!! When I refused to park and wait, the manager told me that was my only option or a refund. Thats completely unprofessional! Thats not how you fix YOUR MISTAKE.
I've reported this store to corporate 4 or 5 times and all they ever...
