The food was good and we did enjoy it. It didn't take to long to get the food considering I don't think there were enough workers there. But I worry about who is managing this place. The floor going to the bathroom was slippery but not wet, I think there might be some residue that wasn't cleaned properly.

When we first walked in there was no trash bag, the trash can was out. The gentleman covering the dining room was walking around looking for bags.. I guess he didn't know where they were. He got on the headset and asked for bags 2 times. Not sure what else was discussed but he found bags after a few minutes while we were deciding what to order.

When we went to go find a table to sit down almost all of them were dirty with some crumbs and such. So I had to wipe a table with a napkin to sit down.

The same gentleman took our order nd didn't really interact with us during our order. He got on his headset and was talking about a customer they had just had in the the drive through. Saying things "you should have seen her" He forgot to give us our drinks until I asked for them when our food was ready.

When I went to the counter to ask for some Ketchup and ranch there was a lady there. She was being rude to the gentleman who had took our order through the food window. She was mad about something not being cleaned and that she had told him to clean it. She didn't say a word just handed me the items I asked for and went back to talking to the gentleman.

I hope they find a way to make this place better and that this review might help bring to light simple problems that...

I am very disappointed in the way my food was handled. I ordered 4 fish tacos and 2 pieces of fish. I'm sitting at the window and notice the person preparing the food. He has touched the doors multiple times and rubbed his hands on his apron. Never once did he wash his hands or use gloves. He had frozen fish dipped in egg and batter with bare dirty hands. Then I tell the cashier you may want to have him put on gloves. She was very polite and said of course. She tells him to put on gloves and he didn't even wash his hands. He looked at me and gave a dirty look and put the gloves on over his dirty hands. He was also picking up food and eating while cooking .There was another employee who was wearing his gloves while he was preparing his orders. Then I'm not sure if it was a manager or not but she had skinny Jean's on. The back of her pants was slit completely open I literally saw her entire ass cheek hanging out! On top of the fact she looks over and said Idgaf. This point I am furious and I had been in line for now 11 minutes waiting on my order. What kind of establishment is this???? This is the worst service I have ever received and witnessed. I have a SUV that sits up high and saw all this unfold. When I got home I just pitched the food. Never, will I eat here again. If you have ever been sick after eating here I could only imagine...

I cannot rate the “atmosphere” since we did not go inside the establishment, I went through the drive-thru 8/29 around 7pm.

Ordering I kept getting cut off & you could tell the people working that shift were not happy to have to make food for customers by the tone of voice.

Asked for a blended float & they didn’t tell me the blender wasn’t working until we were at the window. Which is fine, I will live.

The guy working the window handed us our root beers & they were not even half full, so once he got to a point where he gave us our food I asked politely for him to fill out cups up & he was pissy about it & managed to get root beer all over the sides of the cup and handed it out like that. Also got soda on the side of my driver’s door as well.

The food? Gross. You could tell my Papa burger had been sitting for who knows how long & my partner’s Long John Silver’s was disgustingly greasy.

Won’t be going back. Waste of $22 &...
