Wendy's — Restaurant in Liberty

Went through drive window ordering 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals add cheese & a kids meal Got food & only got chicken & cheese on both sandwiches So I go inside tell the the girl behind counter tells cook He said What do they want on it She tells him 2 spicy chicken sandwich add cheese & he still asked Whats wrong with it? I can give you Everything on the side SO Now I have to do his job No Um can I get my food the way I ordered it, then he says well if you want it it'll be 6-7minutes to wait Thinking I'm going to just say forget it. Obviously I want my food or I wouldn't of came to Wendy's in the first place So I ask to speak to manager So guy comes out of back Like What do you want I ask do you have the name of GM she's in the window So she comes over I explained again & that I don't feel like I should have to wait But I say Yes I want them Now it's been 5minutes & she says I can put the sides on these for you No Thanks after the front counter lady has already put her fingers on them to check they had no sides So now I wait 6 more minutes for my food In which that time she Never says anything about giving my money back She just proceed to go to register giving me a refund & starting my order All over again, Thank you She was respectful in the way of correcting my order But rude in the way of Not communicating with me what she was doing to fix issue & seemed annoyed that I wanted my food I paid for right Like I was wrong But I appreciate the correction Don't know if I'll ever visit this...

Went to Wendy’s tonight. I got to the driver through at 8:42, I didn’t get to place my order until 9:05. Then I had to park to wait for it. I ordered a number 1 large, a large fry, and a baconator fry. I am still waiting for my food by 9:35. So I decide on getting a refund since I have been here for almost an hour. I go in and the manager walks outside as I do. So I go outside and ask if she is the manager. She says yes and continues to walk. I said excuse me I have been waiting for 40 min for my food. She said well hold on I have to see what these people ordered! I said well excuse me but I have been waiting longer than that car and I would like a refund so I can go home. She said “you can hold on”. So she takes the other cars order and then comes back up to the building. I go to follow her inside and she SHUTS THE DOOR ON ME! So I go in and wait in line. You would think that the manager would come up to the counter to get my refund. Nope. She goes and starts helping with the food. I get up to the cashier and tell him I want a refund. I had to wait 10 min for her to decide to come up to give me a refund. Even then she was rude! First she told me they were short staffed, then she told me the computer was down. Instead of lying just apologize and give me a refund! Her name was Tess by the way. I will never go back to this...
