Burger King — Restaurant in Libertyville

So I went through the drive thru around 9:30 and no one answered so then I went a second time and no one answered so then I called and they picked up and went through the window then I tried ordering something to eat and the Manager Yaritza and the crew member named Alba said that they weren’t willing to make it because they have just cleaned and it says online you guys close at 12AM yet they were not willing to take my order because they said they were not willing to do so because they were cleaning early so I asked The manager Yaritza why can’t they make it still and she responded “I’m tired and want to go home” so I waited was going to order something else and she just closed the drive thru window so I waited like an hour or 2 by the drive thru hoping they’d at least take my order but no apparently they were cleaning early and when I was getting frustrated and continued to wait another crew member named Richard was standing next to my car and was smoking next to it for a bit and when he went back in he just put a trash can by the window and laughed so then I decided to leave and go back home which takes like a 40 to 45 minute drive. So if your ever around this area don’t go to this location go to a different location if not then go to McDonald’s they have better service...

I want to start by saying my food was fresh and that it was hot and the dining area is clean. With all the nice things I have to say out of the way. Miguel is by far the worst sever in the history of ever. There was a man who had trouble seeing the menu board the server became very short and impatient with him because he was taking his time trying to make his selection because he didn't see items that he wanted the gentlemen between me and him was kind enough to be patient and help him find all of the items on the menu that he wanted which the server behind the counter didn't want to do he walked away several times to go look at food just to see if it was hot or whatever he was doing but he was not being attentive to his customers needs then when the gentleman between me and the handicapped gentleman got to the counter he was short with him as well about his order the bathrooms here are filthy the gentleman I was with refuses to use them after going in simply to wash his hands and the rest of the staff on hand seem to not care...

I have lived in Libertyville for just over 10 years and have frequented this BK location many times during that time. However, today was the last. I like the BK menu. Originally this BK was owned by the CHJames franchise. I think all of their locations have been sold. This location was sold about 4 or 5 years ago. It may have been sold again in the last 1 or 2 years. The current operation is always slow. It does not matter what time of day it is. Customers are always waiting. I have never used the drive up. Reasonably clean inside. I did not use the bathroom to wash my hands today, but it was OK in the past. Everyone working there appears to be tired and run down. No interest / enthusiasm in serving the customer. The same BK food I get at other locations tastes better with better service. Too bad. BK corporate should investigate this location and give the franchisee an ultimatum or pull their...
