Purchase a Groupon of three facials showed up for my appointment received my services by Alexa. She did a great job then when I went to use my Groupon, the owner didn’t want to except it he said because I use Groupon last year that he was not going to accept the purchase that I made of three for this year. I was so upset I came from Wisconsin to get my facial. I don’t even live in Illinois. This is just bad business ! Why didn’t they explain that to me before they gave me the services he started to argue with me and he said he would honor the Groupon but he wanted to get paid cash $59. What is he doing is he’s advertising on Groupon getting customers and he’s trying to profit and collecting the money all in his pocket that’s just bad business, if he uses the voucher through Groupon, they take their percentage and he gets what’s left over never in my life have I ever went to a place where they provide the service then after expect you to pay them for a service that you paid through their advertisement, Groupon . The fact that he wanted to argue with me and told me to call Groupon that they’ll refund me like it was my problem instead of honoring one of the three vouchers that I paid for.. so I went online and I said if they don’t give me my money back then you’re gonna have to honor a voucher he refused so I had to pay an additional $59 on top of the purchases through Groupon. I did get a credit through Groupon back, but don’t go to this place. The owner is just selfish and wants to make all the money in his pocket false advertisement bad business that’s what I told him I’m gonna report him to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising a business getting customers and then telling them they have to pay him upfront after they went through a service of advertisement Groupon that he’s trying to...

I usually get massages every month and have never had an experience this horrible. you can’t even call it a massage. I came 10 minutes early to my appointment. The waiting area is really nice but that’s where the pleasurable experience ended. I was told that there is no pressure at all in a Swedish massage, so I just laid there for the 35 minutes the massage lasted (was supposed to be a 50 minutes) getting covered in oil. For 10 of those minutes the masseuse sat down and just rubbed oil on my right foot. If she had at least massaged my right foot I think I would be less upset, but there was no massaging going on at any point. Just clearly wasting time. I wouldn’t even go back to see Liz for free. She clearly does not want to even attempt to do her job. It was a waste of money and time. And the best part, she didn’t even wipe off any of the oil. You get to leave dripping in some cheap thick smelly oil. It was advertised as a massage with hot packs and aromatherapy, both of which were not even attempted. Save your money and go somewhere else. Unfortunately have to keep looking for a new place in this neighborhood. Very disappointing to...

Let me preface my comments to say that I arrived right at my appointment time instead of 15 prior due to accidents and detours. So I will take a bit of the initial blame.

With that said, if I told you that this was my first professional massage #1 Why not take the time to be a bit more instructive as to where you want my legs instead of grabbing them and pulling them apart. Not to mention that she had cold hands. Who does that? #2 If I also told you that my shoulder hurts, why keep pulling on it or asking me to put my arms above my head? #3 While I would consider giving her another chance to make up for my part in this issue, this is not the time to espouse your personal opinions about what others want to be called; i.e. thier pronouns, etc.- all while I was naked and trying to relax. No matter how much I was talking in order to make myself more relaxed since I'd never done this before.

Did I tip her? Yes. Did I consider giving her another chance? Yes. Now that I share my experience here, I don't think I will. No one should have to voluntarily pay to be subjected to discomfort. Unless you are into that. I am not. Sorry...
