1 star Very disappointing experience. I was ignored for at least five minutes after sitting at the bar before the short, pudgy waitress/cashier finally approached me and, with an attitude, asked if I wanted to order something. I politely ordered a beer and requested the clamato mix on the side. She immediately got upset and insisted I must have meant a michelada. I calmly clarified that I just wanted the mix on the side and also ordered a steak quesadilla.
Over 30 minutes passed, and I watched as others who arrived after me were greeted warmly, served quickly, and treated kindly — a sharp contrast to how I was handled. Eventually, I went to pay and explained that waiting this long was unacceptable. She claimed she didn’t know I had ordered food — even though she had asked me what I wanted on it and had brought three sauces to me.
When I pointed out how rude she had been from the moment I walked in, she bizarrely blamed it on my request for the clamato mix on the side. Then, instead of apologizing, she loudly and sarcastically said, “I’m sorry YOU’RE having a bad day,” and continued to berate me with that line all the way until I left.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable behavior. My drink wasn’t comped either — she made it a point to emphasize that. Save your money and go somewhere that respects all...

Save room for dessert, because the flan de la casa is a masterpiece. Silky, perfectly caramelized, and just the right amount of sweetness—it’s a classic done right, and then some.
And you simply must try the margaritas. Whether you go for classic lime or one of their creative house infusions, they’re perfectly balanced and refreshingly strong—ideal for pairing with your meal or enjoying on their own.
The service is exceptional—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being overbearing. The staff clearly takes pride in what they do, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable.

I called the store to see if this is how they serve their burritos and the person on the phone said no it's supposed to be hot. The only thing that she was able to do was offer me offer me store credit vs a refund. I told her this was my first time coming to this place. Because my co-workers told me that this was a good place for burritos, as I am not from this area.I am from chicago and I am used to hot burritos. I unfortunately told her I will not be coming back.So a credit will not be necessary. Just lost out on some money.
