The European lady working Thursday 3/28/24 around noon needs to be fired. -First off, she levels the scoops for one protein and then she counted one by one for the other protein. How cheap can you be? Girl, just give heaping scoops. And when I asked "did the portion sizes change?" she gave me attitude and said "this is small to you?" It's clear she has never ate at Panda. -Secondly, I walked in and greeted her with a smile saying "hello!" and she starred at me without a greeting and without a smile and I was the only customer she was serving so it wasn't even busy.
I would drive 30 minutes to this location because they used to be generous with their portions: never again. I understand Panda corporate decreased their portion sizes, but then lower the price to match the portion...
Read moreOrdered my food here through uber and got a messed up order. Called the restaurant but was told the manager, Keith, was not in. Called back 2 days later and finally got a hold of him. Explained the situation and since he can't do refund, he can simply comp new order of sides if i come in personally next time i order. Long story short, i finally was able to visit the store but lo and behold, no Keith. Apparently he doesn't come in that often and to make matters worst, there's no one in the store who can make managerial decisions.
