Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lilburn

I went to this location for a bite to eat for takeout dinner with my daughter today. Unfortunately, this was the COMPLETE WORST EXPERIENCE that I have ever experienced at a Chipotle restaurant. Then the total level of DISRESPECT towards me from the Team Lead- Leslie Sanchez was UNBELIEVABLE, CONDESCENDING AND QUITE HARASSING AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for a chicken bowl with white rice. She proceeded to make it and I stopped her quickly and asked if I could have the FRESH white rice instead of the prior poor quality rice, she rudely said-No! I had to buy the bowl due to waste costs. Totally shocked in disbelief and said to her that I do not want the bowl with the old quality rice and could I have the fresh rice instead ? She had the audacity to say to me that- You have 1 or 2 options- You can either buy the bowl I started (never finished putting all of my toppings on it and sealed the bowl with the lid) or I will make you another bowl and YOU WILL BUY BOTH BOWLS!!! And I again at this point I am floored in disbelief again that myself as a customer can NOT get the chicken bowl of FRESH white rice ONLY instead??! She totally threatened me to buy both bowls! I Told her that I was not going to buy a chicken bowl with poor quality white rice in it, and she cannot force me to buy it!! I was completely done! My daughter just ended up buying both bowls so we could leave to end the madness. Never been treated in a condescending manner by a young unprofessional person like herself in my entire life. You can not force ANYONE TO PURCHASE FOOD THAT THEY DO NOT WANT!! Period! That is also a form of BULLYING!! No thank you! I will not ever patronize this location again. There are too many other Chipotle locations that will treat me with the utmost respect and kindness. If I could give this location a NEGATIVE NUMBER THAT IS BELOW ZERO...

I was taken aback by my experience tonight (7/20). We visit this Chipotle regularly and usually have no complaints. When I ordered my usual two kids meals for my little ones (with an extra cheese quesadilla in each meal that I am always happy to pay for…just one cheese quesadilla does not ever fill them up) one of the team members proceeded to halt our order and move between the other team members to say that I was wrong and only one quesadilla is allowed within a kids meal. The funny thing is we have purchased countless meals here and we have always set up our order this way (which I explained when questioned). It has never been an issue before and it shouldn’t have been an issue this evening. I thought this team member’s actions were so petty. (I should have asked for her name. She was an older woman with glasses.) What’s worse is that the line was growing while she was doing her “whistleblowing” for no reason. Thankfully, the other team members were much more professional and let me pay for my extra kids quesadillas in peace. I want to reiterate that we usually have a good experience, but tonight had me looking into other options and it turns out there are nearby branches with much better ratings/reviews. I want there today ( 3 April 2024) … ohhh my god employee was very rude and so bad experience. I am vegetarian so I say change the gloves so that’s way her face like very rude and bad. And I say I want cheese extra and I say I am ok with that for pay extra but she put it very little bit and she charge 3 time extra and main thing her behavior was very rude… actually Coutmer always like god. You have to treat very nicely and patience. And I am going to every time different chipotale shop in Atlanta and this location very bad experience and employees are very bad in whole Atlanta so I suggest all Coutmer don’t go this location. And I was meet there one man he is with me and he say you are right I was come here 3 time and I don’t know she have what time of attitude. He was come 3 time and same 3 time bad experience.

So I want to ask owner just close the location. If you don’t know how to handle Coutmer and you don’t know how to treat your employees just close the location. This is my bad experience in whole Atlanta. Bad location in Atlanta so never go this location. They don’t know how to...
