These folks really struggle with following attention to detail. Papa John's has also instructed their employees to put the least amount of topping on the sides such as garlic knots and garlic parmesean breadsticks. We often get them in the box looking like plain baked dough and have to address this every single time. You're better off ordering at Domino's down the street where they won't cut corners with your order and everything is always prepared correctly. Papa John's corporate has so many problems with their chains now that they don't even handle complaints correctly. I addressed these very matters our last visit in-person and online and was assured the refund would be applied for the sides. It was never done. I suggest you always check your order before you leave so you can hold them accountable. The tracker was stuck at the delivery with no information for some time so I called in to check in case they just missed a click. I was immediately put on hold.... 5min passed, nothing. Call again, immediately placed on hold again.... 3min pass. I call again and right as she answered I said "please don't put me on hold I just have a quick question-" but before I could finish, she already put me on hold. Repeat the last one 3 times more and then I just hang up and called back until she actually answered the phone. It was over 10 times at that point. Claimed she was helping a customer in store. Either she is utterly incompetent (she was not young) or blatantly sabotaging your business, which is what it seemed like. People like her will rot the company from the inside out.
