If I can rate this place a 0 I would. Do NOT trust your device with them. I brought my iPad to come get fixed and once I picked it up my iPad didn’t function at all. I immediately brought it to their attention, and they said that I needed to leave my iPad again. After 2 weeks they told me that they can’t fix it no more and gave me back my iPad more broken, the home button doesn’t work, the screen is coming off, my screen is yellow, and all I came in for was a cracked screen that was on the side that was small. Rachel told me that they needed my signature just acknowledging that I know that they will be working on my device (the wavier was never presented). In addition, they do not show you the waiver that they tell you to sign when you come in (only a signature box pops up). While those 2 weeks were going on I was repeatedly calling for my iPad and showing up at the store because they told me it was going to be done, and I kept on getting calls saying how my iPad is finally working and is back to great condition. After all the damages the manager told me that I signed a waiver so nothing will be able to be done because of what THEY did. I then asked for a copy of the waiver and they gave me a 2 page paper that I NEVER got before I handed in my iPad. All this should’ve been caught on camera so the managers can see that I was never told nothing about a waiver and what I signed was just consent to them working on my device, but the manager is just like his employees, he doesn’t care and told me that my iPad will never get fixed by no one and that I will just get sent to buy a new one. What type of business is this??? Go to a different store and save yourself from all the issues this...

Not sure why this place is related is low but I would give it 6 stars if I could. Went here with my brother a few weeks ago to repair his phone screen. Osiris was the person who helped us and he was super personable and helpful; even gave us a discount on the repair. He also looked at my phone camera and fixed it without charge (needed a soft reset).

I went back two weeks later and Osiris helped me out again by looking at my phone. I tried to fix my phone myself by buying a screen off Amazon. For some reason the phone didn’t turn on after I tried to fix it myself, but Osiris took a look at it and fixed it for me free of charge.

He will diagnose your phone first free of charge and then let you know if it’s fixable or not and will tell you the price up front; no hidden charges or extra fees later on.

I will keep going back here in the future for any phone...

Went to this location because I just moved to the area. The service was great, he was very friendly, and worked extremely fast. Honestly this is the first phone repair shop that I have been to and not have to wait hours just to get my phone fixed. I don’t know if I’m supposed to share this but he will negotiate with you and make sure he gives great deals. The store is clean and it’s right next to a grocery store. A win is win.
