Taqueria Vallarta — Restaurant in Lilburn

Horrible y despreciable. El servicio es pésimo, la persona que nos atendió inicialmente fue demasiato tajante, nada atenta y apurada por salir de la atencion a nosotros. Fuimos cuatro y nos trató como clientes despreciables y desterrados, sin modales, sin sonrisas, sin cortesía alguna, una manera tosca y displicente de tratar al cliente, como para no volver jamás. Le pedimos el menú y nos dijo "un momento primero les traigo las aguas" nos trajo las bebidas y se olvidó un rato de nosotros. Tuvimos que llamarla para que nos traiga las cartas del menú y casi nos la tira en la cara. Cuando empezamos a preguntar que tenian para ofrecer, no sabía ni que tenía para que podamos comer. Tuvo que ir a preguntar a la otra muchacha que tenía para ofrecer, y ésta tampoco sabía, así que tuvo que ir con el cocinero quien le dijo que solo tenía un plato para ofrecer. Fastidiados ya por el pésimo servicio pedimos una ensalada de verduras con arroz y frejoles, pero nos dijo "no tengo lechuga" y en vez de ofrecernos otra ensalada, simplemente se quedó callada, mirandonos con una expresion en el rostro muy fea, como si quisiera decirnos "vayanse, aqui no los queremos atender". Tuvimos nosotros que sugerirle que nos diera una ensalada de aguacates y tomates los cuales nos sirvió de muy mala gana y en unos copos de tecnoport, ni siquiera en unos platos adecuados. Se demoraron 40 minutos aproximadamente para traer en desorden los platos pedidos por nosotros. Tuve que ir personalmente a pedir un plato que nos hacia falta para nuestra cuarta invitada. A mi, me trajeron un plato muy pequeño de arroz casi crudo con frejol casi sin sabor a nada. Le pedí que me lo cambiara y que me lo diera sin lo que yo no habia pedido(solo pedí un plato grande con frejoles y me trajeron un platillo de arroz con frejoles y queso) y que me diera un tenedor y cuchara adecuado, pues me dieron uno de plastico. Nos sirvieron en desorden y cuando fui a pedir el plato de la cuarta persona, no tenian ni idea de que plato era el que faltaba y ya nos habian dicho :ahorita le traen su plato". Cuando trajeron el plato, era uno distinto al que habiamos pedido. Por amabilidad, delicadeza y cortesía,la cliente le dijo que no importaba que lo comería, pero finalmente pidio un plato de tecknoport para poder llevarlo y luego rirarlo a la basura, porque estaba super horrible esa comida. Espero cambien y mejoren el servicio, con mejores personas de atención al publico, que sonrian y tengan un trato amable, pues esa chica parecía haber tenido no solo un dia malo, sino toda una vida llena de padecimientos que la dejaron amargada el resto de su vida. Solo la segunda azafata nos atendio diligentemente e hizo que nos descontaran un poco de esa horrible comida y servicio pesimo. En mi opinion no debio cobrarnos nada para no poner una nota como ésta, pero finalmente pagamos $22.70, y con esa cantidad hubieramos podido comer en otro lugar mucho más a gusto. Y si, es cierto, parece que alli van personas de mal vivir. A nosotros no nos pasó...

Just got back in from a flight from Alaska and the family was hungry after picking me up at the airport. The wife had stopped here a few times and had made it a regular stop for when she and her friends are in the area. She wanted to share it with me so we stopped here. I had a barbacoa burrito and a drink. She first thought I had ordered a burrita which is closer to like a quesadilla. So when she brought it to the table, I was confused as to what it was. We got it all straightened out (decided to keep it since my boy was still hungry after his taco) and with in a few minutes she brought my burrito out. We very much enjoyed the food (to include my son that isn't big on Mexican food, but loves tacos). My burrito and drink was a total of $16. For the amount of food that I got with the flavor and all...it was definitely worth it. Give this place a try. It doesn't look like much being in a shopping center, but worth the stop in. Great...

I loved eating here, food is awesome. However last night I was not happy at all with the service I received by waitress Aminee. When I came in the door my food was ready sitting right there I was standing in front of counter waiting to pay. She turned and walked pass me and went to the front of resturant and took order from 12top and then went to a guy sitting at another table and took his order. Then she came back around the counter grab my sandwich that was sitting there and threw it on the counter. So I expressed that u had my sandwich here all this time. Then she say what u want another one. I just walked out. I came back in and express how I felt and She was unbothered. She discriminated against me bottomline..if she can't serve everybody that come into this beautiful establishment then she should not be in food service. U never know who come into your establishment cause I love reporting stuff like this to the new...
