My experience with Quincy at this pawn shop was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Quincy wasn’t just focused on making a sale; he took the time to listen and understand my needs. Unlike other salespeople who rush you, Quincy’s approach was personal and consultative. He helped me explore my options, offering tailored recommendations without any pressure. It was clear that his goal was to find the right product for me, not just close a deal.
Quincy’s transparency made the experience even better. When I had questions about the items I was interested in, he took the time to explain the process behind pricing, the value of the items, and how they were assessed. This honesty and openness gave me confidence in my purchase and built trust with Quincy and the store. I felt informed and reassured, which is something I rarely experience at other stores.
What truly set Quincy apart was his respect for my budget. Instead of pushing high-priced items, he showed me options that fit within my range and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He was patient, never rushing me, and always willing to answer any questions I had. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he explained the details in a way that was both informative and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being sold to, but rather guided through my decision-making process.
The store itself also made a great impression. It was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The merchandise was well-maintained, which gave me confidence that I was buying quality items. I appreciated the clear layout, which made it easy to browse and compare products. This attention to detail extended beyond just the items for sale—it was reflected in the overall shopping experience.
Quincy’s customer service didn’t end after my purchase. He followed up to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with my items. This level of care and attention to detail is rare, especially in a pawn shop environment. It demonstrated his commitment to building lasting relationships with his customers.
I’ll definitely be returning to this pawn shop for future purchases, and I plan to exclusively work with Quincy. His professionalism, transparency, and dedication to customer satisfaction were top-notch. It’s not often you find a salesperson who genuinely cares about your experience, and I’m confident anyone who works with him will have a positive experience. I highly recommend Quincy and this pawn shop to anyone looking for quality service...
Read moreThey lie about your agreements, do things that are illegal and then once they do that and get caught, they’re gonna act like that they never done that stay far away from this place. It’s a very dishonest place despite the fact that we’re coming and spending money with them or utilizing a service but because you’re putting things and selling your possessions, they treat you as if you’re second rate and that you are not important as a matter of fact, they care nothing about your business. They try their best to give you the least money as possible, and not only that They will go over and beyond to make you default on your account. Well ultimately that portion is based on how quick we pay it back but sometimes human beings run into trouble and what happens at this place is they will set up false expectations telling you they will work with you and then once they get caught from corporate they will act like or disinvolved yourself from anything that’s going on to protect their job and then their upper management will do nothing about it because they view us people who pawn as less than human which is a disgrace. I’ve already reached out to corporate and have not been reached out by any upper management or anybody in their staff whatsoever and even once I do reach them I do know that they will do nothing about it, and they will blame it on the purchaser and the only reason why I know that this is not good business is because I run 17 stores myself for my corporation and I understand that we are governed by what we say. These phone calls they claim are recorded, but they won’t reference back to them to reprimand employees and they allow them to get false expectations stay clear away from this place easy pawn is a good Pawn, but not at this location. The general manager takes no ownership or accountability and the district manager covers up for her because they make a lot of money in the store by ripping people off and making sure you default on your pawn items. Hopefully this can get a message back and someone would reach out, but I doubt that I will follow back up to let everyone know an update on how they handled it and what they did going forward thank you Service industry for reading these reviews. I hope this helps someone and everything that I say...
Read moreUPDATED REVIEW: I finally had time, opportunity and a reason to revisit this store and I'm very happy to say, my experience this time was WONDERFUL!! After my first visit and review, I was contacted personally by a very nice gentleman from their Customer Service division. He expressed concern regarding my 1st visit and encoraged me to give them another chance. I'm so glad I took his suggestion because it was totally different this time. Upon entering, I, and each customer who entered while I was there was greeted warmly by the associates and assisted in a timely manner. I went in to purchase a chain for a new pendant. They had a nice selection and I was able to find one I liked. Aside from jewelry, they sell designer handbags, various tools, electronics, and so many other things. I will definitely be a returning customer and HIGHLY recommend others visit as well.
Previous review: Pretty nice jewelry selection however, the young man at the jewelry counter was very dry. He didn't seem interested in earning my business today. That's unfortunate. Businesses and their employees should always strive to provide top-notch and enthusiastic service to customers as you never know who's business you're discouraging and...
