First time here and the vibe is completely bad & wrong. Needed to place an pickup order for veggie bowls through my Uber app, which didn't give an option to put sour cream/corn on the side. The 1st server had a terrible demeanor (unfriendly - no smile at all) and said all the apps have an option for this. I showed her my phone and it didn't have it. She doesn't know what she is saying, but just makes a blanket statement. Then she says if I want this on the side, I have to pay for it. Corn and sour cream is INCLUDED with the bowls, but I want them on the side. Why would I pay extra? She was very rude and didn't seem to care. So, I stepped aside. Then, I decided to ask for the store manager, and another person said that was her. I explained the request. It actually took a little bit of arguing & explaining, and she put s.cream/corn in cups. But, her demeanor and attitude wasn't really any different.
While you are serving food here, you should also ber serving friendly customer service / serving a tiny bit of happiness w/ a good energy / vibe / smile.
Another customer must have been watching me, while waiting for his order. He validated my experience by telling me that this location has unfriendly & rude customer service.
It seems the 2 people I dealt with may not fully like their jobs, but don't show it when you interact with customers!

Read moreI have gone here 3 times to give it a fair shake. The first time my order was not ready even though I had ordered in the app well in advance and arrived for pickup well after the app said my food was ready. I pulled up to the Chipotle Lane and they had to make my food. A line of about 10 cars developed behind me and I heard an employee say none of the app orders had been made.
The 2nd time my order was ready when indicated in the app and they had actually made my order twice so they gave me the extra made order too at no cost.
The 3rd time was today and I ordered in the app again. It was ready on time but when I opened the food they had forgotten sour cream (I checked my app and I ordered sour cream) and I had maybe 6 pieces of steak in my bowl, very little rice and everything else asked for. This was the smallest portion I have ever se from Chipotle and for what I paid was unbelievable. I cannot say will be using the app here anymore, I would need to go inside and watch it being made to ensure food was placed in my bowl. I’m really not sure that would be worth it.

Read moreWhere to begin? How about the awfully designed entrance which caused me to curb my tire? If you think I should drive better, you can say that to the two others that did the same right after me. The black marks all over the curb are a clear testament to this poor design.
The wait to order was far to long considering there was only one group ahead of us when we entered - service is very slow. After placing our order and moving down the assembly line, we came to realize they were out of a ton of things. No sour cream, most of the salsa was gone, barely any guac, no corn. Of course you don’t realize this until it’s too late. We asked the ray of sunshine if anything will be refilled soon, the response was no that’s all they had so we sucked it up and proceeded to paying. While paying, all the things I just listed got refilled.
Chipotle is now so far gone down the monopoly land they really don’t care about customer satisfaction. This location can really do with a step up in management, but if it were to ever happen I wouldn’t know cause we’ll never be...
