I’ve never been so disrespected as I just was at Freddy’s. Starting with the manager being in dire need of customer service training. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru. The person on the speaker said they ask customers to come inside that place mobile orders. I asked her why as this had not been my experience at other fast food places with drive-thrus. In fact, I just went to CFA next door, ordered mobile and went through the drive-thru. She told me the food is in the front but it was ok this time. Ok, I was informed and thought I would get my order at the window. Enter Jason the Manager who proceeds to tell me mobile orders have to come in, I told him I was just told that, repeated it again and again. About 4 times total saying he wanted to “clarify”. I assure you there is NOTHING that he understands that I don’t where any clarity from him would ever assist me! I let him know he had told me the same thing 4 times and asked if I could get my food. He gives me my food but not before insulting me yet again telling me he was just informed that I’ve done this several times. I’ve only been there one other time and I didn’t order via mobile so this was a blatant lie obviously concocted by someone that thinks we all look alike. After telling him I’ve never ordered via mobile there before. His response was “I’m just telling you what I was just informed of”. I let him know he was in fact mis-informed hoping he could understand the difference. He did not and repeated the lie a few more times. He finally gave me my unsweetened tea that was supposed to be a sweet tea which was likely made incorrectly on purpose, I let him know I also had a shake which prompted him yet again to tell me mobile orders are supposed to come in…one would think we were past this by now but Jason’s chip had not fallen from his shoulder apparently. He then tells me how this exchange has delayed the customer behind me, obviously with no concern for the horrible customer service he was delivering to me nor acknowledging that the delay was caused by him and his need to repeat the same thing multiple times. I sincerely hope that the owners give Jason the help he so...
Read moreI’m so bummed! We tried eating here for the first time tonight and everything was cold. The fries were cold right when we got them and the rest of the food was barely warm. Obviously by the time we got home nothing was even warm. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger meal, and two kid meals. I ordered one kids meal with just cheese, pickles, mustard and ketchup and they only put cheese on it. I would’ve just thrown cheese on a bun at home if I knew it wouldn’t have any of the toppings I asked for on it. She even asked me twice what I wanted on it so I don’t know what happened. The custard was at least good. It’s just a bummer because I think it would’ve been good if it were warm. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through after we ordered with only two cars in front of us so I suspect our food was just sitting there 🫤 it looked like they forgot the custard for the person who ordered two cars ahead of us and it took forever for them to get that part of their order. Maybe we just had some bad luck but it felt like a waste. Oh well. I couldn’t eat my food. I tried reheating it but it wasn’t the same. My kid whose order was wrong understandably didn’t eat her food. One meal was consumed with complaints. We get chic filet all the time and it’s always hot or at least warm when we get home and the fries we eat in the car are definitely hot. They’re in the same parking lot so like I said our food must have been sitting there for...
Read moreLast night, I went through the drive-thru, expecting a quick experience since there was no line. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. After placing my order, I noticed the total didn’t match what I had ordered. When I asked about it at the window, I was met with an attitude. They added the missing items and took my payment, but then asked for my card again because they hadn’t completed the transaction. A few minutes later, I received my bags, but they realized they had forgotten an item. They took both bags back and, after a few more minutes, handed me the missing burger. When I asked about the rest of my order, they seemed confused and had to search for the misplaced kids’ meal. Finally, they gave me my order, but they had forgotten the Oreo cookie sandwich. I parked and went inside to ask for the missing cookie sandwich, only to be told I needed to get it myself from the freezer! This was an extremely poor customer experience. To the management of this place: please do better. I understand that the work ethic of younger employees is in the toilet, but they will never improve if they aren’t shown the proper level of service that should be provided. It will be awhile before I consider a revisit. Customer beware the next visit you might be expected to cook the...
