I can't give this place high enough ratings. We ate her for my parent's 50th anniversary dinner. Given that it was in a casino, at the Oregon Coast, I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I wrong!

The food was amazing (and I'm a pretty harsh critic), the quality of the customer service was unheard of these days and the views were incredible.

We had 7 adults and two children under 4, so we requested the private room at the front of the restaurant. Originally we had called to reserve it and were told that they didn't take reservations, but that if it was open when we arrived, it was ours. Luckily, it was open, so we got to spend the evening in there. That was perfect because the doors shut so the kids could run around. Since it's made of glass, each time the staff walked by, they would interact with the kids through the glass. It was sweet and adorable.

I ordered the Siletz Duo and the salmon was perfectly flaky and juicy. I asked for the elk to be very rare and the waiter ordered it "Blue Rare" for me (which is how I wanted it, but most people don't even know what that is). When it came, he asked me to cut into it, to make sure that it was just how I wanted it. I was really impressed as I've never had anyone ask me to do that before. The others all said they loved their meals as well and that their food was perfectly cooked to their liking. Also, the bread was baguette style and was warm, buttery and perfectly golden.

I would recommend eating here if you are anywhere in the vicinity. It was such a lovely experience. It's not cheap, so it would make a perfect romantic dinner at sunset or a lovely dinner for a...

They’re suppose to be “kid friendly” and offer kid menus with crayons but upon arriving we were greeted with some of the most unwelcoming and unhelpful service I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The hostess sat us in the very back corner against the wall because we had a child, but then refused to let us use a highchair because it “wouldn’t fit” but I thought it would have fit fine. This resulted in my 2 year old falling backwards in an adult chair. She also didn’t bring along a children’s menu with crayons until she noticed that we were struggling to keep our child entertained which I thought was kind of messed up because it would have been useful in the beginning along with the freaking highchair. Never had such a stressful visit with such unhelpful staff dining in anywhere and we’ve taken our children in way nicer places with better service. At one point the hostess handed us a booster seat which isn’t much help without the buckles to strap the child in, and said to my husband “Are you happy now sir?” And about the food, the shrimp Alfredo was mid grade and borderline bland and they don’t cut the bread they provide before your meal all the way or provide an extra bread knife so it’s a tad difficult to work with with a...

Finding the restaurant in the casino was honestly a bit hard for someone who has anxiety, but it was worth the walk around. Ps take the escalator up and follow the signs! I got the salmon which was perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth is an understatement. Very loud stimulating atmosphere (as you'd expect inside a casino) but quiet enough at the table to have intimate conversation, at least I felt. My partner got the halibut fish and chips, the battered halibut was so good and also melted in the mouth. You can tell it's hand battered and fresh. The service was mid honestly very quick and to the point. Didn't even check on us in between when we needed boxes and delivery of our meal to see if we were satisfied. Ended up waiting 5-10 minutes after we were finished to be checked on and ended up needing boxes. I'm unsure if sorry staffed but it wasn't busy in the restaurant, maybe 6 tables on a Thursday around 8:30. The food was spectacular and made up for any inconvenience. When the server was there she was very nice and seemed to care about specifications and informed when asked questions just took too long and was not on point about timing. Really enjoyed our experience here and would recommend/ will be coming back when...

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in many years. The restaurant is under renovation with no windows or view, and the host stand awkwardly sits in the middle of the dining room. For a place that calls itself “fine” dining (I use that term loosely — they use paper napkins), the service and food were extremely disappointing. Service was slow — I received my appetizer before my glass of wine. The jalapeño onion straws were just tiny bits of onion, hard to eat despite decent flavor. The rogue linguine with pesto was drenched in oil. The elk burger looked like a preformed fast-food patty with no flavor, and the fries, though good at first, quickly became overly greasy. Neither of us ate more than a couple of bites, and the server removed our nearly untouched meals without even asking if something was wrong. Her name tag was turned around, which didn’t inspire confidence. In all the years I’ve eaten out, this meal stands out as the absolute worst

We chose this restaurant because we wanted something a little more upscale. Were told 20 minute wait and waited 35. When we got to our table there were plenty of empty tables the hostess explained a lot of people just left but we had been waiting right by the only exit and we counted 1 group that left. Not a huge deal but honesty would be nice. My wife ordered the salmon and I got the elk and salmon special. Server told us it was Alaskan salmon, I've eaten a lot of Alaskan salmon and this tasted like farm raised Atlantic. Not horrible, but again, honesty. My wife's rice pilaf literally tasted like microwave rice from the freezer section at Safeway. Fresh vegetables were horrible. Steamed brussel sprouts, zucchini, onions and peppers. Very bland and left an aftertaste like an old fish bucket. Not sure why veggies would taste like stale fish. Overall it was just meh, definitely not worth $30-$50 per entree.
