Awesome! Andrew couldn't help me but he sure as hell tried! I've lost my MiFi Jetpack device, looked everywhere, can't imagine where it is. I was certain we asked for insurance on that device because it is small & black & looked easy to lose. But Andrew couldn't find any insurance coverage on it anywhere. We bought it at this store & he pulled up our receipt... no insurance.
We are fulltime RVers & our MiFi is our only reliable (secure) internet access & other than hotspots like the library or Starbucks or free wifi at camp clubhouses we have no internet without our MiFi. So I bought a new one & Andrew suspended service on the old one, just in case someone other than us finds it & tries to use our data.
The entire staff here was friendly, cheerful, eager to help & - much appreciated - sympathetic & empathic to my distress at not being able to locate my original device. I had a delightful time chatting with them all as we dealt with my situation & when I left I was almost happy I'd lost my device! I think I like this Jetpack even more than the one I lost - it is an upgrade & we like that it has a blinking light to indicate it is active plus the larger size will be easier to keep track of.
Could not possibly be more pleased with my experience at the GoWireless Lincoln City store. Keep up the good work!
P.S.: the entire staff with whom I've interacted deserves some kind of bonus for stellar customer service & upbeat...
Read moreChristian is an amazing salesman with great customer service. He has helped me many times. Who likes when it's time to upgrade your phone? I hate it! I have to go into a store and deal with the long process of switching over all my data, not understanding what the sales associate tells you about prices and all the terminology they use. But the first time I stepped foot in the store I was greeted by Christian with a big smile and a friendly demeanor. He was amazing at explaining everything that was happening. I was able to understand my prices and what my bill would look like for how long and when it would change due to the promotions I had. I was never confused about what was happening. Nor did I feel like I was pressured to do anything. Even though he was working with me he was still greeting every person that came in the store, but I never felt like it wasn't my turn. I felt like I could ask all the questions I needed. There have been times that I would go to get a new phone at a store (not here!) and you feel like they don't want to help you or that they don't like their job. Christian is the complete opposite! He is always smiling and ready to help any time I go in with questions or concerns. As long as Christian is working there I will continue to come back!

Read moreA review is either written for good service or bad. Mine today is to commend the team at the Verizon store in Lincoln city Oregon. To have a team that works hard to satisfy their customers starts with the management, and the manager here is wonderful. But this is about the staff that works with him. We wanted a new phone and it wasn't in stock, so they ordered it for us. It turned out they were out of stock on the phone we wanted. And there was a delay in getting it from Verizon. After it came in there where a few problems activating it. Nothing to do with this store it was technical issues. Everyone at the store that we dealt with went above and beyond to help us .They went out of their way to help and make our new phone there priority .Two of the members in particular i'd like to single out Austin and Drew. They helped us through out our transaction and because of the things that happen that were out of their control I asked them to throw in an accessory and they agreed . When it came in Verizon didn't approve comping it to us , so Austin paid for it out of his own pocket. You don't find this level of customer service any more. I recommend this...
