Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced AT ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EVER, and I went through the drive-thru and ordered 1,yes that's right 1 item at 7:30am! I pulled up to the speaker only person in line, someone says "Can I tale your order? ", no greeting whatsoever, ok fine I'm being picky so I ordered a sausage and cheese croissan'wich no egg and that's all, she tells me to drive thru, well I drive to the first window because there WAS someone standing there that person looks at me and turns around and walks away, so I waited for a second, realized no one was coming back and drove to the next window. This girl opens the window and just looks at me, so I ask her "how much? " I do not eat at Burger King often, I have no idea how much a freaking croissan'wich is and she didn't give me a total at the speaker so she leans back inside the window (I do not blame her it's freezing out today) turns her head to the register and mumbles something I didn't hear, I said "excuse me, I'm sorry, I didn't hear you, how much?" As this is happening I see the manager walking toward her and he is CLEARLY within ear shot of her, SHE ROLLS HER EYES AT ME, TURNS BACK TO THE REGISTER AND AGAIN MUMBLES SOMETHING INAUDIBLE (also mind you everytime she backs away from the automatically opening/closing window it makes a noise making it even MORE difficult to hear her!) So for a THIRD time I say, "I'm sorry, I STILL didn't hear you, how much did you say?" She then FINALLY, clearly and audibly says $2.53 and turns and closes the window. She walks over to grab my bag, I watch out of fear that she may "add something"to my order ;) opens the window I hands her 2 singles and try to hand her the $.53 but she steps away, closing that damn window AGAIN and then turns around with a nasty look on her face looking at the $2.00 like I'm am idiot when I raise my hand up to show that I have the rest if the change in my hand she opens the window sticks her hand out for the change reaches back with the other hand and practically shoves the bag into my car window and turns around to the register without any other signs of acknowledgement, not a "thank you", "have a nice day", "eff you" NOTHING!!! No receipt or napkins in my bag and the croissant was burnt and tasted like it was 3 days old and had been microwaved, but in my opinion the worst part was that the manager was RIGHT THERE the entire time! I live less than 1 mile from this location, I would drive 100 miles to a different location (or go to one of the MANY other fast food options right there) before going back to this location EVER again! This is not the first bad experience I've had here, this was just the straw that broke the camels back, I'm just fed up after today, never again! Read moreWorst service I have ever experienced they only had 3 people working I order a chicken sandwich and kids chicken nuggets was sent to wait on the side witch 6 other cars was waiting guy kept coming out asking what our order was after almost an hour of waiting he brings it out and I asked him was everything in my bag he assured me everything was there and said they also gave us a little extra for waiting get all the way home to find out that was not even our order nor was there anything extra in there so he lied drive back up there talk to the manager and he proceeds to tell me that is not his store he was just filling in and he was sorry and would remake the order again 20 mins later still waiting on the remake order not to mention there was 3 other people complaining about the same thing the one guy had to send his food back 3 times also this has got to be the worst bk ever I rather drive further out then ever come back to this one again the dm here really needs to spend some time in this bk and get things right who they have running it either does not care or does not no how to run a restaurant and needs to go back in training. Read more3 stars because I was equally as impressed as I was absolutely disappointed. The manager, I didn't catch her name but she was bigger lady with a slick blond pony tail. I walked in and she told me she would be right with me. I understood. She missed me over a few times until someone that was obviously new notices I hadn't been helped yet so he helped me. He was a delight. He accidentally forgot to give me my cup, I wasn't angry and I forgot to ask him for it before he and I both walked away. I asked her for my cup, before she even reached for it she IMMEDIATELY barked the young man who helped me that she was doing 50 things at once and couldn't do everything. She said more nasty things out of my ear shot but it was enough for me to not want to coming back here because of her. That's a horrible way to go about teaching someone so young and dedicated.
