Arby's — Restaurant in Lincoln

I love Arby's, I go there often when traveling and always considered it one of my favorite. This location was unlike any I had experienced. I know staffing is hard to find these days but there was no excuses. The service was very slow, like just trying to get through ordering our own meal was snail slow but I can be understanding of that. Hard day, long day, learning the machine, whatever it may be-- I can accept that, but then we sat down and I was disgusted, the place was so gross. The staff only cleaned half of several of the tables. The floors were so nasty, to the point old shakes/drinks and food spills were pooled up along the walls and they didn't look fresh by any means. The food wasn't awful but it did concern me that the burger was a little pinker than I'm used to. The condiment machines weren't filled. Overall just felt really gross and honestly I made a joke about hoping we all didn't end up with...

I've been going here for the $3 French dip. The food has been the best. My favorite place for a French dip, and their grand turkey club is thee best turkey sandwich around. But in the last month I can't say enough about the staff at the particular Arby's. They each tried to wait on me, and asked me if I had been helped, well I picked up my pre-order. Five or six people per visit... Each with short stories about the daily media, or the local seasonal events to do. Some about the weather of the day , or their day. But all very friendly, helpful personable, people doing three or more jobs at once. I went in five or more times in the last month and every time the restaurant was very very clean... Moped, tables shiny, doors and windows clean. I was impressed with the people, the place, and the food at the particular store. The sale was a 1, 2,3 $ ...

They won’t let you add photos to review but my receipt explicitly says no tomato no lettuce and they proceeded to put a pound of lettuce on my sandwich. I got zero sauce because they put the spit of sauce on the lettuce which I had to just pour off the sandwich. Feels like a deliberate disrespect I’ve never seen this much lettuce on a sandwich before. Horrible service especially when the receipt says exactly what to do. You honestly can’t be that dumb. Waste of my money honestly, won’t be visiting this location until you get some competent employees. There was also a worker smoking in his apron right next to the drive-thru and when I worked food service we weren’t supposed to wear our kitchen aprons and things while smoking because...
