Went in on Sep 27 at 11am, picked up an online order and was missing my Celsius, I waited upfront and could hear someone singing in the back and knew someone was back there, waited for a bit while talking to my boyfriend, clearly loud enough to be heard from the back, and nothing until we called back to the back, one person came out and she looked like they were on something, proceeding to explain that they don't have Celsius, then telling me to pick a different option, mind you, it was $1 more than a regular bottle, but I didn't bother asking for it. They need to check if they hear someone up front and ask if they could help someone, I work in the food industry and have been for over a year, we always have to check up front if no one is upfront, this needs to be fixed. Wow, does the lady behind the counter have a serious attitude.if you don't like where you work, find a different job. No need to project it on to a customer. Thanks for putting my sandwich onto the bacteria soaked chopping board ( hint, that's the black stains that are on it ), the bread was rock hard, and she clearly burnt my bacon.. this isn't the first time this lady has an attitude with me. Last time I ever visit this 1/2 rate store.
Bread,.....hard,..dry,....flaking off like dandruff! ---- live close by,....won't be wasting my time hoping for a good experience.
This is NOT the first time the bread is either not fresh,.....OLD,.....or not properly sealed between orders.
Quality Control obviously must NOT EXIST!!! In a word: "TERRIBLE" --- THREW THE BREAD AWAY!
