Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lincoln

Made fast, decent service, but what came out of the box was slop. The tomatoes were essentially just watery pink skin and although I ordered extra pickles on a deluxe sandwich, I only received one and it had a gaping hole in it. It was loose and stretched, like my ex-wife. I am only giving it 2/5 stars because if nothing else, it was filling. I didn't bother even eating the waffle fries because they are stale and actually cold. Not even lukewarm. I mean cold.

The store was clean and the workers and customers were all smiles and friendly but I cannot recommend the food from this location. It was also $27 for a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Extra Pickles, a Medium Waffle Fries order, and a Medium Lemonade freeze, with an 8 oz Chick-fil-A...

The restaurant and staff deserve some grace because this is a new location, and it seemed that the young servers were still learning; however, the chicken strips I ordered smelled a bit like onion, and had a kind of sweet taste to them. They weren't like any Chick-fil-A I've ever had. To add to that, my french fries were room temperature, and instead of ketchup, I received BBQ sauce. I did order ahead and was going to do the new scan/no need to wait thing, but if I was supposed to pull into the parking spaces with signs or whatever next to them, there were too many cars for me to feel comfortable trying to squeeze in a space. We tried out the new location's drive through since we were in a pinch for time. We ordered a chicken sandwich and we're trying to figure out what sauce we wanted. My husband was trying to order the fire roasted BBQ sauce for me, but both of us had forgotten the name and it is not on the board. We were trying to figure it out with the server.
