I am not one to be a negative nancy or a "karen" but my service tonight was makes me want to never go back. First time to a don&millies and probably will be my last. I went thru drive thru. Ordered the #7 grilled. I payed at first window then went to second window for my food. The very young lady opened the door saying "number 3?" I said ah I dont think so, is that a chicken sandwich? (Remember first time ever at a don&millies) She replied with ah idk but I believe it is. She acted as if she just wanted me out of drive thru. So I parked my car by their front door and checked my food. Was for sure not a chicken sandwich. So I went inside to explain and get my right food. It took forever for someone to talk ti me. There was a few people up front. One placing orders for other inside (completely understandable) then another just standing there looking lost. Finally get to front and got someone's attention. I explained I ordered #7 and got wrong meal in drive-thru. My food was sitting there so I got it quickly. They went to throw away the #3. The one who just stood there lost asked what it was to the one who helped me. One who helped me said "idk" right as the one who gave me the wrong order in drive thru popped up saying "the number 3" so I said "yes and I asked if thats the chicken sandwich meal or not, you said yes" she stared at me along with everyone up front like I was some sort of dumb. I wasn't trying to be rude but explain what has happened. Due to everyone staring I did infact rolled my eyes cause that was ridiculous! So I said "oh ok thanks" and started walking away to leave and thats when I finally got a sorry for that happening from some other girl who wasn't even part of the problem (good for her to say it when it should of been instantly said) truly was sad experience and I really hope people learn the menu better or say olhold on let me look quick AND learn manners AND learn to...

I ordered a Kids Cheese Frenchees with a Fry/Ring Combo upgrade. Large side of Pickles. My husband knew he wanted the Baked Potato Soup so he went with a reserved #2 Cheeseburger Combo instead of the usual Double Don.
Food was all done well and came out quickly. Soon we were the only ones dining inside and I asked if the lobby was closed. They said it was still open another hour and to please take our time. The entire staff went out of their way to be personable and accommodating!
We had nowhere else to be so I had a couple of $1.39 Margaritas. Such a Classic 😆.
Medium sized child got Chicken Strips but they were a bit different and she wasn't thrilled 🫤. Little one opted for Cheese Frenchees, he likes to mix it up. My husband Loves the Double Don with everything piled on a burger! I also got the Frenchees, kids sized, just upgraded the fry. Extra Extra Pickles! Fries were a bit underdone this time which was a super bummer cuz we all love them ordinarily.
Boys shared a Chocolate Shake. Great place to get them! It's been ages since I've had a buck 39 Marg so I got a Strawberry on the Rocks.
We were mid order when I realized there was a digital screen in front of me. This was one of the last old school places filling out tickets by hand and ripping off our order number. I was like 😮😮😮
Great customer...
Read moreStopped by for lunch the other day with family. Prices are decent for adult meals. Pictured is the Double Don meal and a kids chicken strip meal. Sandwich was great. Fries were a solid B that will quickly turn into a cold, mushy D- if you don't eat them fast enough. They also salted kids chicken strips, which was a bit much.
They serve alcohol, which is really cool for a fast food place. Beer and margaritas. Decent prices for what you get.
They also have self-serve ranch and some kind of southwest sauce, both of which are tasty, and they get bonus points for not trying to scalp customers for little sauce cups like most places do anymore.
My single onion ring was really good. Next time I might skip the fries for some of those.
Small complaints I don't like is the fact that they are still using Styrofoam. It's 2022 folks, time to upgrade for the environment.
The cup lids are behind the counter somewhere. If you or your kid drops one, you can't just go grab a new one like you can at most places.
Bathrooms were NASTY. But at least they had paper towels along with the electric germ FACTORIES that people call "dryers." I didn't see a diaper changer, but I didn't look in the handicap stall.
Kidsmeal portions are... tiny. If your kid is over the age of 3-4, consider getting them...
