Edit: July 2024, still no better. Drive through can't get orders right.

Edit Oct 7th. Just shut down, send your people to jacks in heflin so they can learn how to be professional

Edit April 19th. So I went to the new jacks. Service is better however, it was 9:30am, only 5 cars in drive through and my order was screwed up. I did not get what I paid for. My fault, should of checked I guess before pulling away from drive through. Mistakes happen so I will try again in a few days

Edit: I keep trying but little changes. Ordered breakfast, was given the wrong order. I brought it up and the employee instantly got mad. Argued with me but after showing receipt the employee finally gave me the right order, except it was not right. My hashbrowns was left out. I understand being shorthanded but that does not excuse poor service, slow okay but not bad service. Please leave the attitudes at home. I was very polite, no reason to get mad at me when the shortcomings fall entirely on the employees.

Edit:tried eating here again. The chicken sandwich was awful, hard as a rock. My order was missing a fry, I caught that before I left. I ordered 2 apple pies but was only charged for one and given a pie. It was a the wrong pie, I was given one cherry pie when I asked for 2 apple pies. The restaurant was not busy, I was the only car in the drive through. I'm so ready for a machine to take over, a robot, a kiosk, anything to help get orders right.

Food was great. They cashier messed up my order so it was remade. Once it was remade I watched it sit for 14 minutes before a cashier grabbed it and handed it to me, only then because I ask. Food was great service sucks

Edit: now a one star establishment in my opinion. I stopped everyday this week for breakfast and everyday my order was messed up. Today they did not give me my hashbrowns or a sausage biscuit that I ordered and paid for. Lincoln needs another restaurant for breakfast, this Jack's is awful.

So now the service is much better. Now they forget your food. 5 mornings in a row I've not got my hash browns with my deluxe breakfast. Twice I got someone else's biscuit instead of hash browns. I know the morning rush is fast paced but this is fast food not brain surgery so come on people get it together. Can't call as no one answers the dang phone, no matter what time you call. I went back after no one answered the phone, will inside I called again and watched everyone avoid the phone, it was not busy, no car in drive through and only 4 people inside. I left. Fast food workers crying for more money, well actually do you job first.

Edit again: I asked for apple pie and got cherry pie. When questioned I why I was told they don't serve apple pies anymore. Funny the other jacks around still serve apple pies. I'm so tired of the lincoln jacks that I forbid my crews from stopping here anymore in the mornings, we send a guy all the way to oxford al to get breakfast now.

Edit again: I don't know why I try eating here. For the last 3 mornings in a row my breakfast order has been wrong. Always leaving something out or labeling something one thing when in fact it's not what the label says. My receipt was right, order wrong. I own a small company myself, my employees don't forget anything my customers pay for, not really...

I was at this location at 4:30 this morning trying to get breakfast and for whatever reason, I was told they wasn’t opened yet … even though, they’re supposed to open at 4:30 . So I called and was told it would be 5:30 instead. I waited until about 5:25 to see if they were serving yet , just to be told it would be 6:00 . I’m not sure who it was who answered the phone but she was rude and sounded like she had an attitude. Me being a customer that goes to this location quite often had absolutely nothing to do with whatever she had going on the reason for her attitude, but I didn’t appreciate it at all. If you’re up early and want breakfast, make sure to call and see if they’re actually serving instead of going by their posted hours so you won’t waste your time or gas.

EDIT: I had my boyfriend call literally 5 minutes later and the lady who answered the phone said they were open … but then I get to the store and the doors are locked . Idk what’s going on but this is really irritating and not a good way to start my day.

People are going through the drive thru , ordering food, paying and everything and it’s literally people standing on the other side of the store waiting for them to “open” . Yeah, this will probably be my last...

As truck drivers we Tried this Jacks twice trying to give it another chance. First time I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders for my husband and I and although the tenders where ok they gave us burgers for him and service wasn’t so good workers on phone etc but we thought we would give it another try..pretty sad when you go to kfc and 2 workers ordering chicken tender meals from there not at jacks my husband and I made a joke about it..so this morning I figured to give it a try for breakfast can’t mess that up right wrong, first off we ordered large grits with cheese and 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits waited 15 minutes for them to make the grits ok maybe not a lot of people order them but hardly any cheese in it and it was so salty we had to throw it away it couldn’t be eaten and we received only 1 biscuit wrapped in the wrong wrapper the girl said she didn’t hear us say 2..so we paid for another we have gone to other jacks and they by far are so much better than this one maybe the employees need training not sure what else to say about it. But twice weeks apart messing up us not good for any business.do not waste your money...
