Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lincoln

I love Jimmy Johns. But the delivery service or lack of that I got was unexcusable. I placed 2 orders online at 11:30 requesting both for 12:30 delivery, thus giving them an hour to prep. I was at an expo so I went outside to the location I had given as the address to wait. I called them at 12:35 and told them exactly where I was standing. I waited for over 15 minutes when the app still did not show the sandwiches were out for delivery. I called a 2nd time and was told they were leaving right away. Another 15-20 minutes went by without the app updating so I called. I was told that they were short staffed and really busy! I explained that I had ordered and hour before requested delivery to accommodate them. They did show up 45 minutes later than the requested time. I stood outside of the expo waiting 45 minutes AFTER I gave them the hour for prep!

I never did get the second order. They did refund it but never called or asked if I wanted it. Just refunded and never delivered.

I dont like to leave negative and dont leave many negative reviews. Over 250 Google reviews and less than 10% are not 5 Star. And less than 3% are not 4 or 5 star...I usually just ignore the issue knowing it was probably a bad day but this was really unlike any other Jimmy Johns experience I...

The kindest people I've met since last October! I'm in-between working two 12-hour shifts right now and knowing that my daughter wanted to go to church I placed an order on their mobile app before my shift ended last night to pick up a tuna sandwich (her favorite.) That way I could go home and try to rest for a couple of hours before this upcoming shift. Upon arrival at this location my daughter and I were greeted by a gentleman on our way in and he helped my daughter get across the ice without falling.
