Called in on Friday to have some custom frames made and asked if a certain discount applied, was told it would. Came in Saturday to place my order and there was one person ahead of me being helped by another employee. There was another employee next to her to which I asked for assistance. I later found out this was the operations manager and she informed me that she didn’t know how to process that area and told me I needed to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked if I could just leave my info with them to call me back when they had more time as I had very cranky kids with me. Came back the following day to pick up my order and ran into the same operations manager. Tried to apply the discount that I was assured on Friday could apply only to be told “ oh, none of my employees would have told you that. You must have heard wrong. Picked it up and they forgot the name plaque that’s supposed was ordered, at first they said I never ordered it, when shown the paperwork the story changed, now it was not shipped to them, then it was inadvertently shipped back to Texas (if it wasn’t shipped to them how did it get shipped back), now they are expediting it from Texas but can’t say when it will be ready for pick up. I told them I need it in GA by Christmas Eve and now it’s going to cost a fortune to ship it there, they said “Well we’re very sorry about that”, can’t even tell me if it will be ready by Christmas Eve.
