Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

You know I just can’t get enough of this location. Not only are they super friendly , but they remember your name and order as well. Each morning that I drive through this location, Im always greeted with a welcome warmer than my sugar free vanilla decade laté and a smile bigger than the look-aid mans 😊 Now let’s talk about what my dog thinks…as of literally right now, he’s enjoying a super pup cup(bc he’s a big chunky boy). Now not only is this a super pup cup, but I was given the idea to freeze it inside the closable container they put it in! Now I can’t tell you how much my dog enjoys this! Literally anytime I bring him through the driveway, he is out the window ready to get some love from the workers and his signature pup cup! I mean to be honest,he should be the face of scooters pup cups. Like where is his endorsement deal already scooters, it’s time you make him a brand ambassador lol I’ll upload a photo too so you can see the marketing face you’ll be getting lol all in all I can’t thank this store enough for their politeness! Scooters y’all need to treat this stores morning staff with raises,or at least 2 free drinks per shift,but ya gotta do sumn to reward them. Heck, give em all a paid vacation to Florida, Lord knows y’all got the money to do so after all I’ve been spending there each morning since it opened lol stay blessed and keep the Lord first, bc without him waking us up each morning, none of this would even...

They have great coffee but even better service! The employees are always so friendly! Even when the line is out into the street they always make sure you get the best service when you know they are actually crazy stressed. One thing I have to point out though, they go above and beyond for their store, not just the service they provide or the amazing coffee but the actual store itself. One of my favorite employees, her name is Emily, and I’m sure they all contribute to this but several times I’ve seen her outside making sure all the trash that people throw out of their cars is picked up, I’ve even seen her making sure the bushes outside look amazing and up to the store owners standards. Something they all do though, they’ll always take a minute to catch up with me, making sure I start my day out on a positive note and it’s one of those things that you really don’t have happen at very many places and it may just be a small moment for some people but I’ve had a few days that I’ve had to stop there really early in the morning on an already incredibly stressful or just bad day and without even knowing, have completely turned my day around. This is by far my favorite coffee shop and only part of that is because of the coffee. 10000% recommend this place...

I love scooters but I was really disappointed this morning. I have a severe allergy to nuts so I always order a small hot oat milk latte. I got to the window and they said here is your almond milk latte. I said, no I need oat milk bc I’m allergic. The girl at the window asked the girl making drinks if it was oat or almond to which the girl scrunched her nose looking unsure. Then there was some more back and forth and said she was 100% sure it was oat. I didn’t have time to ask for them to remake it at that point. That should’ve just been what they did right away. I threw out the drink when I got to work bc anaphylaxis isn’t worth $7. Please fix this process. Just remake it no questions asked when it’s has to do...
