Really wish I could give 0 stars for service. I've been to a lot of Starbucks, have had good service to amazing service. This location takes the cake at worst service ever! Went into this location today with my mother and my daughter, we got 3 coffees and 3 speciality cups. My mom got her coffee in the speciality cup, my daughter and I told the lady we didn't want our coffees in the speciality cups. The manager or whoever she was turns and yells at the lady who took our order, over us not getting our coffees in the speciality cups because apparently you get 10 cents off 🙄. I didn't realize starbucks was doing so bad that they yell at their employees for not forcing customers to get their drinks in speciality cups. When she handed me my order of 3 drinks I noticed the tray was wet and soft then noticed the lid was not on all the way of the hot drink . The trray was falling apart and the coffee had spilled. I looked at her and said the lid was not on this coffee and it's all over. She looked at me and smiled and said have a nice day ! Basically dismissed me Really ! Read moreI have no idea what is going on with loading your card on the app. Whether you do it before the charge or order then ask to load before you pay, the staff seem to not be trained well enough to accomplish this task without some type of problem with the charge.
The reason we use the app is for double points.
Considering the cost of this product, it is very important as an everyday customer to receive these points as it lessens the burden of the cost.
