Seems like a normal Taco Bell, unless you get it delivered. If this is the location that DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc. go to when you order delivery, don't bother ordering sauces. They simply will not put them in the bag. I don't know if its deliberate, but I've ordered several times since I moved to Lincoln a few months ago, and they NEVER include the sauces. I bought my own (not as good from the jar, doubt it's even the same) after the second time, and after that I basically just ordered sauces to test them. They always failed, and I'm seriously wondering if a manager there tells the employees not to include the entire order for delivery customers since we have so little recourse. Delivery apps don't give you refunds for sauce, even if the food is inedible without it, and regardless of the fact that you literally did not get your entire order. If you really need sauce on your Taco Bell, and this is the location that delivers to you, DO NOT place the order. They'll also put your order together immediately, not when the driver is actually there (it's fast food, so this is how it should work) so it's pretty much guaranteed to be cold when it arrives. I've lived all over the country, and I've never had such a consistent issue before at a Taco Bell. One-off problems, sure. But this is EVERY....
Read moreExperienced the worst customer service here. Went to drive thru and ordered lunch items. The guy on the other end who never introduced himself but on the receipt it says Matthew, he cut me off mid order and said let me check on that (no problems so far) he said cool then I ordered another lunch item and there was a very audible sigh on his end. (Again I know it's 7am but taco bell advertises that and as a overnight worker I appreciate it so I was still calm) he takes my payment and hands me my food in less than 5min. I pull away and check my order and notice it wasn't made correctly so I go in to have them fix it. "Mathew " then says something under his breath thar I couldn't hear but something like "I'm not fixing this order " then I ask him what he said because now I'm pissed. He tells me that I should of looked at the screen and says it's my fault. Then proceed to still complain about a paying customer and then grabbed the incorrect food and put it in the trash saying "your not getting free food" then I was beyond pissed and cussed him out grabbed my correct food the other worker gave me and left. Read moreI'm a doordash driver I've picked up several orders from this location in the last couple of weeks and every time the wait is extremely long. They never put any hot sauce or napkins in the bags I always have to do that on my own. For this particular order though the dining room was closed and I had to go through the drive-thru to collect the customers order. When I got to the drive-thru I gave them the order name and I was told to pull forward and wait, I watched multiple cars go through the drive-thru my customer had ordered three items, just three items. I was communicating with the customer and letting him know that the order was not complete but that I would have it delivered as soon as possible, after about six cars went through the drive-thru I walked up to the window and had to ask for the customer's order somebody pulled it off of a shelf. So it had been sitting there on a shelf getting cold while they were busy chit-chatting and dealing with everybody else in the Drive-Thru completely ignoring the doordash order.
